It is a lovely place, comfortabele beds and in the beautiful old city centre! Our kids liked the pool table!

We missed airco and some curtains. The shared bathrooms I didn't know of beforehand, but it's was okay.

The accommodation was in the city center, ideal for one night.

Totally unhelpful staff when we needed to resolve the missing key to our room. They finally delivered it to us, but we waited a long time and they were not very willing to help us at first. In the apartment there are only two bathrooms with toilets for many rooms, so there was a "queue" waiting and the cleanliness was not good. The sheets on the bed looked used :-( The staff who were supposed to help us with the initial difficulties were instead making dinner in the kitchen and, in addition to being reluctant, left the kitchen a mess. Overall it was disappointing.

when we arrived we didn’t know which was our room because there were 2 keys in the lock box . when I booked I had asked how would I know which room was ours as I saw others had been unclear, reply didn’t help

the keysafe did not open easily and a group of other travelers and I only got it open by chance.

We didn't have the chance to see this apartment. When we arrived, we didn't find the key in the locker. We travelled by bicycles and we stayed innthe cold outside. We called and they promissed that someone will come After a while , because no one arrived, we called back and they say that no one will come. Then, they sent us at a different hotel , saying that it will not affect us in any way, just that we have to change the location and that they talked with the personnel from the other hotel and they will wait for us. While we were on the road, cycling to the new hotel, which was not in the center as the one we've booked, we received a new message to pay 82 Euro at the new hotel and send them the receipt. They promise the refund will be instant. When we arrived at the new location, we found out that no one called to announce our arrival and we had to pay 81 Euro. We payed and asked for invoice and send the invoice as indicated in the message. They never refund us the money, we called booking a few times explaining the situation and they were really nice and payed us back the 81 Euro. In case you have any kind of issues like that, Booking should be called. They will find you a different option.

The kids enjoyed the pool table.

This is an overpriced hostel. 2 bathrooms to be shared amongst 6-7 rooms, some rooms host 5 people, our party alone had 7 in two rooms. I searched the listing again and still agree that it is not clear the bathrooms are a shared space. The parking is vary far from the facility. The code given to us to access the keys from the lockbox was incorrect and it took over 30 mins for the host to respond and they never answered our calls.

We stayed in the very nice Apartment Passau 24-7, which is located right next to the famous cathedral of St. Stephan. The location and quality of accommodation are excellent for multi-day activities. Everything is neat, excellently equipped and clearly explained. The rooftop has an amazing panoramic view at the city! It was short but lovely. Thank you

The apartment is very beautiful, the beds were veryyy comfortable. The view from the window is just beautiful and everything was very clean. The location was also awesome, near the dom.

No staff/host on the location, more of a personal preferences though. Some people might really like that.

I was there on a business trip, but there was no hot water, so I washed my hair with cold water. I waited another hour and tried again, but the water was still cold, so I gave up on the shower. It's really ridiculous. The staff was sleeping and I had to leave at 9am, It's a soundproof room, but you can still hear people talking in the next room and walking upstairs.

Central location, amazing historical site, modest but smart interior, easy going atmosphere.
