This place has THREE bedrooms ~ it was just two of us, so it felt huge. Location is good on South Street - very central (we were going to Mercy Hospital - very convenient). We didn't use the hot tub, but it's nice to have it there for those who soak. I felt bad I wasn't more communicative with the host (e.g., checking out early), but my phone wouldn't log me into VRBO (not a fault of the host, obviously). Great place!

Again, nice older home in downtown Redding. Quiet urban neighborhood. Owner lays out the rules, easy to follow. Comfortable place to stay central to all Redding has to offer. I walked all over the neighborhood in the mornings, no worries about safety. This home stays on my list of places I like for repeat stays in Redding.

The property is a nice smaller home in an older, established neighborhood that has been reasonably updated. It was clean with nice towels and pretty much everything we really needed. The location was perfect for us. All the best restaurants and important landmarks are less that 2 miles away.
The reason we rated it 4 rather than 5 stars is due to the following…one of the queen beds has a mattress that squeaks. No shampoo. There’s a coffee maker but no Keurig type maker. We were without WiFi our last night so we couldn’t get TV programs we wanted to watch. There are no specific touches provided by the hosts. There are no food items like we’ve received at other VRBO rentals. We’d stay there again though. The price was good and we know better what to expect for a future.

We stayed here for one night, just passing through. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Very quaint, with character. I loved being able to do laundry. The kitchen was well equipped and the table large enough to fit our big family. The location was perfect, not far from the freeway, but far enough you definitely couldn’t hear traffic. It was easy to locate and conveniently near stores. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
