The beach house is really pretty (exactly like the picture), and 10+ mins drive to Perth city center, and not too far off from other attractions around Perth. It is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend it for travellers who is looking for a cosy and comfortable stay in Perth!

Nothing. Only small caveat is young toddlers might love to climb the stairs- however our little toddler got bored after trying to climb it for one day.

Charmaine was a great host, very responsive throughout the booking process and provided a cot for a toddler and an additional set of keys without any fuss. Charmaine thoughtfully provided everything we never knew we needed, making the holiday with a toddler significantly smoother. The selection of spreads, spices oils and sauces in the pantry were so helpful, as was the comprehensive provision of goods in the bathroom from bobby pins to baby wipes. The property is in fantastic condition with all the amenities we could wish for, and we already miss the plumbed water from the fridge! The location, walking distance to the beach, is fantastic and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
