The property was near establishments. Good lovation
No parking. Had to go to the nearest mall to park. The vinyl tiles were damaged which may cause incidents since it is very slippery. Up until now, I have not received my security deposit. They are unable to contact.

The place is great near the stores and the staff are friendly and accommodating. My family enjoyed our stay as my parents celebrated their anniversary and my Mom's birthday. We enjoyed our short stay and a free access to the pool :)

Mauvaise organisation pour récupérer les clés, personne pas aimable par message, appartement très sale, non conforme à la description (bien plus petit qu'annoncé en raison de nombreux meubles entreposés ou stockés. La porte donnant sur le balcon ne fermait pas bien, laissait passer beaucoup d'air et claquait avec le vent. La douche, pleine de calcaire, ne fonctionnait pas (seul le robinet laissait couler de l'eau), pas de navette aéroport alors que c'était mentionné dans les services disponibles.

The unit was very spacious for the size of the family, as well as its location to view the lake where the volcano is located. The owner and/or the agent were also very accommodating and considerate for the guests.

The place has a nice view of the lake which made it really worth it and also comfortable to stay at however there are no slippers available inside the room considering the cold weather. Overall the stay was nice and the check in and check out times are flexible. We had no problems with the utilities everything is working well.

The room is true haven and comfort. The location of the Tagaytay Prime Recidences is another advantage. It is conveniently situated near popular landmarks making it easy for us to explore the city.
