El apartamento MEDITERRANEO tiene 3 habitaciones (cada habitacion tiene su cuarto de bano privado y su balcon), y un grande salon comedor con cocina.
El apartamento tiene todos los confortes para pasar vacaciones perfectas:

- Nevera, horno y todo el necesario para cocinar

- aparcamiento privado (servicio extra)

- NO hay piscina pero hay un hotel cercano (600 metros) que permite el utiliso de la super piscina del hotel pagando el entrada o comiendo al restaurante.
POSICION
La posicion es muy buena y centrica y esta considerada como una de la mas bonita de toda Alghero.
El mar se encuentra a tan solo 80 metros. a 100 metros hay una playa de rocas, y a 200 metros hay una pequena cala de arena.
El centro historico (casco antiguo) queda a meno de 400 metros andando y muy cerca hay todos los servicios que podeis necesitar:
supermercados, panaderia, restaurantess y pizzerias, parada de bus, farmacia, cafes y parque para ninos.
La parada del bus (beach bus) que se va a todas las playas se encuentra a tan solo 100 metros.
En el precio esta incluido:

- limpieza final

No incluido:
Impuesto obligatorio turístico de 1 euro por persona por noche, menores de 12 anos excluidos.

Large airy apartment in great location for town centre and local small quiet beaches. Gabri and Terri were so welcoming and helpful. They thought of everything, even wine and bread on arrival. We loved Alghero, its friendly and helpful people, beautiful weather and everything within walking distance. Can’t wait to come back

We were a group of eight: six adults and two kids of 10 and 12. Apartment has all you need: living room plus kitchen with all amenities; three large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and adequate wardrobes; four balconies. Clean and sufficient linen and towels were provided.
Location is great, 5-10 minutes lovely walk to the historic sea coast, 2 minutes walk to the water line; surrounded by cafes, trattorias, supermarket.
Hosts were great, both before and during stay. They speak English, answered all messages on spot and provided all necessary info, plus complimentary welcome gifts.

The location gives you easy walking access to the best parts of Alghero. The apartment contains all you need for sleeping, washing, simple meals and trips to the beach. Teri, the property manager, was easily accessible. The information package provided was very useful.

Just back from a fantastic 2 week holiday with my wife and two teenage children. Alghero is beautiful and the apartment is really spacious and ideally located a short stroll from the old town. Also within easy reach of some stunning beaches and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly helpful and the whole check in process was seamless. I thoroughly recommend this property which is perfect for 4-7 guests.

The apartment is very nice, very big and very clean. The description on the website matches exactly the reality.
It is situated in the center of Alghero, very close (2-3 minutes walking) to the old town and the beach. There are a lot of bars and restaurants available in the proximity, also a supermarket within 1 minute walk from the apartment.
The communication with the host was flawless and the support offered on site was invaluable, We received a nice document with tips and things to do in and around Alghero, which came in very handy.
The apartment is very clean, can easily accommodate 6 people and has everything you need for a perfect, carefree vacation.
I highly recommend this apartment and the host. During our vacation we felt like home and we look forward to returning.

The hosts were great! Easy check in process, and Gabri sent us a list of things to do and see before we arrived. Great location near to the sea front, historic town and supermarket. Clean apartment with lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again!

First off, I can not stress how amazing the property owners were even before we arrived to the property, they gave us all the best information about getting there and what do to once there. The location was amazing with supermarket and restaurants very close walking distance to house. The place was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone as well as beautiful and clean living room and kitchen. I only wished there was an AC in house or fans provided in each room to help cool us down for the hot summer nights of August, since it was a bit warm to sleep in, but otherwise if temperature is good the house is a delight. Anyways, I highly recommend this location for your next vacation to Sardinia and Grazie Mille to Gabriele and Terry for the most professional and awesome service ever!

We loved our stay here because they provided everything, adequate dishes and pots, tea towels, beach towels, laundry soap, information , a cheese grater, a welcome bottle of wine👍 The place was spacious and close to everything. We recommend both Alghero and this vrbo without reservation.

Everything was fine and Alghero is a very nice town for swimming, eating out and excursions. Our flat was excellent and our landlady Terry extremely sevice minded.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gabri's property.
The host was extremely welcoming and check in with Gabri's mum Terry was easy and helpful, allowing us the room early following a morning flight.
Literature regarding the area, points of interest, things to do was detailed and again clear instructions on the properties facilities.
As it states, it's only a short walk to the delightfull old town, and another close to the small beach, we did however prefer the wonderful beaches dotted around, which are just a short car journey away.
I have no hesitation to recommend this property to friends and family.. Gabri is a real genuine host, caring and helpful without being intrusive.
Our only complaint- we needed longer for Alghero!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gabriele's cozy apartment, he is very friendly and easy to communicate with. He advised us to visit a lot of beautiful places and the best restaurants in Alghero. Apartment is well equipped, and the private parking space was a big plus. We'd love to come back next year for a longer visit as well!
