We only stayed one night to get on the ship. But this appears to be a great place to stay for a few days even. The place is only two years old so new is new. Which is always a plus. The staff was excellent. The room was clean, the rooms appeared to be soundproof.

New clean and a great place to stay. We stayed the night before our cruise and couldn’t have stayed at a better place. We had balcony room on the 5th floor and had a nice view of the port. Room was very clean. Not a huge fan of the shower set up, but would definitely stay again!

The hotel and staff are wonderful but the construction /designer/planners gave in to the green new deal farce and installed some kind of "ecofriendly" AC - the rooms were hot, stayed hot and the ac could never make them remotely comfortable in our first room. We were quickly moved to a different room when we complained to the staff and this room was much better but still not great. This issue alone means we will not be returning - hot hotel rooms in Floridawith poor ac - is a big NO.

Our stay at the TownePlace Suites was nice. The bed and room were very comforable. My only issue is that we did not have an Ice Machine on our floor. I know it may seem like a very small thing. There was a water bottle filling station next to the elevator but, the water was not cold. It was tepid at best. For some reason, we can never get a funtionioning Ice Machine on our floor.

The stay was good. The rooms were clean the front desk staff. were nice. The breakfast was not good at all. Do t waist your time on their breakfast. I would stay again, but definitely have breakfast elsewhere or skip on a free breakfast.

First time cruising so TownePlace was a natural choice since its a 10 min drive to the terminals. Property is located within a cluster of hotels along a strip with dining options close by. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped with a kitchen. Excellent staff service, free breakfast and dining onsite. Super clean rooms. Highly recommend.
