It’s a nice building, but I was really disturbed when I dropped something in the bathroom and saw underneath the vanity. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned under there since the place was built. Lots of dust, someone’s sock, a hair tie, and an earring were under the vanity! Gross! There was also a booger on the wall in the bathroom, and an onion peel on the floor behind the door. When I notified the front desk they didn’t seem to empathize with me that I thought the bathroom was pretty gross, and they just said they’d leave a note on my reservation. I didn’t feel like they cared to clean it or make up for it whatsoever.

Everything is good except no toothbrush and the dirty towels.

Very disappointed in the options at the food court. Most places were closed, only 2 options available during dinner time. Pizza was not even available.

Nice new room. Spring for a higher end room , you won’t regret it.

They but us in a handicap accessible room. I don’t have a problem with that except this room had a shower that was so poorly ill conceived that taking a shower meant flooding the bathroom floor. When I called to Bring this the the front desk’s attention they explained that they were aware of this defect and that they were hoping to fix it in the future. They sent up 2 extra towels to our room to soak up the water in the floor. I can’t imagine what someone who is handicapped would do. When I asked for another room they said they were fully booked. I will never stay in that hotel again. The builder who designed this shower should be sued. The hotel management should be embarrassed.

Great new property, very spacious room, excellent amenities for food/drink on site due to casino/theatre being part of the hotel. Comfy beds, linens, and very quiet room.

Hotel had lots of great amenities. The casino of course, lots of great restaurants, a Starbucks and an arena. We stayed in a suite on the top floor. The price was a bit outrageous but it was the only room left and we booked last minute. It was a typical casino hotel room. It was beautiful and comfortable. BUT….the hotel entrance is not clearly marked. We drove around the casino/hotel for 10 mins looking for the hotel entrance before parking, walking and entering at the wrong place. The security said it happens to everyone. They said there is no markings to let people know where the entrance is. So back to the car we went, to do another drive around to look for the entrance to the hotel again. Even when we found it, the reception was not marked and we had to ask if we were in the correct place. The reception workers said it’s a terrible set up and more often than not people can’t find the check in area. Several people in the elevator were also talking about it. Other than that we had a wonderful stay at the casino resort. The machines payed. We ate at 3 of the restaurants and they were all good. We will definitely return, and be less frustrated next time with our check in now that we know where to go!

Beautiful hotel, great location

Everything was excellent. Spacious, friendly staff, comfy beds, lots of sitting areas for lounging and its free parking.

Upon check-in our room was upgraded. We were on the top floor in a suite that included kitchen facilities with a full size fridge, microwave, sink and cupboards. The rest of the area had a pull out couch, 4 chairs, a large coffee table and a smaller table. There were 2 bathrooms. One full one that had 2 sinks, a separate shower from the tub and an enclosed toilet room. Suite was wonderful.

Loved it...lots of food choices and great poker room staff and service!

The hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean , my comment maily in SPA accessibility , for 2 days of my stay I have to sign up to use the spa for 2 days, I tried to call front desk , got a message we are busy with other customers and will call you back which didn't happen for more than 45 minutes. I lost 2 days of my 3 days stay to enjoy SPA and relax. My main criteria of selecting a hotel is SPA availability. Will never come back

overall was decent, but for a "resort" i would expect higher end finishes. Bathroom fixtures were starting to get worn out which is crazy considering the age of the place. Overall it was clean, but there were areas (carpets mainly) that needed a little attention. Pool was small but decent, change rooms were irritating, hot tub, sauna, steam shower all very good. fitness area (i didnt end up using) was more than adequate. Casino was extremely tight, wont be back there. The "resort fee" and "credit card fee" are an issue for work and if I'm honest that may make me go elsewhere in the future. Overall pretty good.

It was very clean and comfortable in terms of room itself. The front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very far from the city and there are no public transportation around. You must have a car or take a taxi to get there and there's no shops and restaurants around. I went there during weekdays and most of the restaurants were closed at their food court. The room was too dark for work and there's no microwave nor water kettles in the room. They charge for rental if you really want one. Otherwise you will get starved staying here.

It was an amazing experience and it was worth it and very affordable by the way. Love every bit of it

Stayed in a room with 2 beds Room is very spacious, clean, bathroom is big as well. Closet to hang coats has a safe underneath and gets in the way Has no hand held shower Over all we enjoyed our stay.

The room was nice and comfortable. I found the resort to be a disappointment. The only drink machine was broken. The food court did not offer healthy eating. I felt the entire operation was designed only for gamblers. I was there for a family visit and did not find the hotel to be anything special

Worst hotel we have stayed in in years. Front desk staff were rude not just to us but to others as well. Urine stains on sheets hair in bathroom. Aweful!

Parking was horrible ,had to move truck at 4-5 am to get a closer spot to the hotel because of your casino guests also had no microwave in the room

This is the nicest and cleanest Hotel I've stayed in in a long time and my husband have travelled a lot over the years.. Staff is very friendly, rooms are very very clean.. I'd recommend anyone to stay here.. I won't stay in another Hotel when I travel to Pickering.. Thank You

Well, the hotel is really great in terms of facilities and cleanliness. It's just not like a tip-tier hotel or Vegas. From lack of hotels services like bag drop/baggage assistance to complete lack of focus on a great experience. Even some of the staff mentioned that they cut other staff to focus less on a great hotel experience, with a total emphasis on the casino. It's unfortunate if you travel a lot and expect good service, as the hotel is really nice. The lack of service to limiting toiletries and coffee, make for an unpleasant experience.

Easy option for a one night stay during our travels and the steakhouse was very good. Nice that the casino was non-smoking!!

New property with a casino and restaurants. They shouldn’t charge hotel guests an extra fee to use the exercise room as this is always included at hotels.

So clean and quiet even though its a casino site. We had difficulties with tv , but the service and repair was done quickly from the front desk to maintenance..enjoyed the pool, but wished they had a restaurent that was open early for breakfast..thank you the staff for our enjoyable 4 days stay .

I sent an email requesting an extra bed/cot. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed there weren’t any available.

Good stay but the shower drain was clogged. Called front desk and they told us to play with the drain to unclog it ourselves.

Our stay was great! We will be back. There were a few things, however that could have been improved upon. There is a beeping in the room, its not loud and it will go away for a bit but then start again. The show door water proofing needs a different design and in our opinion the couch and chairs should be switched and the tv channels selections were not great. Also the parking is far away from the hotel entrance. The pillows were great and the bed was very comfy. We even saw security making rounds in the hotel hallways which was impressive. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to going back in the near future.
