Todo súper bien la atención y todo fue excelente

La verdad es que se quedaron con cosas mias me cobraron una noche mas y no quieren devolverme ni mis cosas ni mi dinero

Que de cierta manera me siento estafada

Teníamos que pasar una noche en Santiago antes de tomar un vuelo de vuelta a casa, así que elegimos este hotel por estar cerca del aeropuerto. Llegamos a la 1 de la madrugada y tuvieron la amabilidad de esperarnos hasta tan tarde para hacer el check-in. Está ubicado en una zona muy segura de la ciudad. La chica que nos atendió y Camila muy simpáticas.

Habíamos elegido este hotel precisamente porque anuncia su servicio de enlace con el aeropuerto, pero cuando al llegar lo solicitamos para el día siguiente, nos dijeron que no sería posible ya que la conductora no podía. Otro inconveniente fue que el techo del baño no estaba completamente cerrado, por lo que oíamos la ducha y las conversaciones de la habitación de la planta superior perfectamente. Además, cuando llegamos la chica nos dijo que mantuviéramos la llave de la caldera cerrada ya que había detectado un olor a gas, lo cual nos preocupó. Aunque el personal fue muy simpático, por los inconvenientes mencionados le pongo un 6.

Location is close to the airport, so if you need an accommodation just to sleep during your flights, it is great for you. Comfortable beds.

Misunderstanding regarding booking a taxi to pick us up from the airport - which then led to us waiting there and searching for another taxi.

Super vriendelijke dochter van de host, we sliepen uiteindelijk in een kamer bij haar in huis met twee knuffel katten. Zij heeft ons midden in de nacht naar het vliegveld gebracht.

Er was even wat onduidelijkheid over het bedrag wat we moesten betalen (in cash), omdat in de booking.com app voor ons niet duidelijk was dat er nog 19% bovenop kwam.

La amabilidad, limpieza, atención, poder tener acceso a la cocina, con todo incluido, heladera y todos los utensilios. La dueña, simpática, precioso toooodoooo! Vuelvo ahí sin pensarlo. El precio súper accesible. Accesos a supermercado, etc genial.

Very comfortable bed!

We were looking for an accommodation WITH a parking. It said there was a parking, but after we booked we got a message that there's just one parking spot and someone was already using it. We had to park on the street. It is a nice and safe neighbourhood but we did have a problem finding a parking spot (we arrived late).

Nice 3 story house in what looks like a good neighborhood.very quiet at night! supermarket and a few shops in walking distance.confy bed .big TV screen.kitchen.seasonal pool.it was cold when I was there!parking for 1 car or some motos

Comfortable bed, quiet surroundings.

From information on Booking we understood it is private accommodation, when we arrived we were surprised we share bathroom and all utilities with other guests.

Camila was very friendly and patient with my beginner level Spanish. When we couldn't get an Uber to the airport at 5.30am she took us instead. Comfy bed and lovely little pool.

The owner is doing her best to make your stay as good as possible. The location is safe and nice.

The house is terrible. The walls are from paper and you can hear literally everything. I'm not a light sleeper but I barely slept. And the family is noisy.

The owner took us to a cafe for lunch explained to them what we want and asked them to call her when we are ready to go back to the hotel We think that was a nice gesture

The hotel in need of some repairs and the furnishings are bit outdated

The host is so so lovely and helpful and friendly and the location is perfect for being near the airport and in a really pretty area. We were even offered food and late night mugs of tea outside before bed. Refreshing pool too!
