The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Lisa, Ruth, the new trainee and the restaurant staff. The made to order breakfast was absolutely delicious! The tub in the bathroom is divine, we absolutely loved soaking in there!

There was patchy Wi-Fi at times and our shower only had cold water, not hot water. The restaurant also had limited meal options for lunch, dinner and dessert. It would be good to offer some additional options.

Struttura moderna e pulita. Camera e bagno ampi e ben arredato e corredati. Attività extra puntuali e ben organizzate.

Pagare le attività e gli eventuali extra e stato difficile. Insistono per avere cash, ma non hanno resto. Personale disponibile ma pressante e insistente. Essendo bassa stagione la struttura era vuota e i servizi offerti scarsi. Abbiamo cenato lì su loro richiesta e non avevano praticamente nulla dal menù perché non avevano ingredienti. La colazione era solo fredda e proponevano di comprare piatti extra dal menu. Su 4 mattine solo una abbiamo avuto la colazione prevista inclusa perché erano arrivate altre persone. Gli altri tre giorni la colazione era solo fredda e scarsa.

This was a well designed and attractive well landscaped modern hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Their food is excellent, well prepared, adequate quantity, fresh and tasty. The staff is great, the owner Mr. Phiri, Precious that helped throughout and then the other staff in the facility as well as the cleaning staff are courteous, friendly and so helpful. They are great people and made our stay pleasant. The room is comfortable, well equipped and the shower and bath the best. Aircon and fan available, free water every day in the room and the netting to prevent insects from entering a good addition. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

Coffee and tea supplied but the choice of coffee (Ricoffy) not our preference, Nescafe a better choice.

Everything was convenient , they made our stay at the lodge incredible ,they booked interesting activities for us .

The Shrub is such an awesome place ro get away to on a holiday, the staff are very friendly and they gave us a warm welcome. Their rooms a fairly sized equipped with comfortable beds with clean linen and the best towels. Sound internet speed and their chefs are good at their job. Aircon plus fan keeps the room cooler in the heat of Victoria falls

Had an issue with water pressure from the shower and they acted so quickly to solve the problem, did I not shower 4 times in a day 😅
