We loved our time at the house and it was so perfect for our family of this size! The location was n the middle of town where we needed for the best access to stores, restaurants and entertainment for the teenagers when not snowboarding!

This is our second year in a row staying at this property. That is the best review we could give! We love it! During our stay they got a new hot tub, which was both exciting and a let-down, as we got a new tub, but it took awhile for it to heat up. But for future guests it should be new and working great! I love the location, the style and decor, it is comfy and has everything you could need, including extras like frisbie golf, bikes, snowshoes. Good communication with the host as well. THANK YOU!

We traveled to Colorado to show our kids the mountains. This house was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, had an amazing view of the mountains. We enjoyed riding bikes and visiting the sites! Definitely would stay here again!

Great and great

This was the perfect home for our family of 6 (all adults) to stay at for our Colorado vacation. Home was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. Location close to lots of hiking trails and short driving distance to Grandin Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Great food at nearby restaurants too! We’d definitely stay here again!

Family reunion for 4 generations, plenty of space and close to so much fun stuff. Great-grandpa spent his summers in Grand Lake and Grandy and Fraser so lots of stories about how things have changed and how they have remained the same. Great hosts and would definitely stay here again.

Beginning with the check in the code to the garage was sent via email and was not correct. The front door lock did not work as it was about to fall out. I repaired the front door lock, and it works great now. The bath and shower did not work upstairs. So, all 8 of us had to use the same shower. A complete strand of lights in the kitchen did not work so it was dark. The hot tub cover was broken so you could only use half of the hot tub. Lastly the grill outside has a cover that cannot be used because it is full of dirt and laying on the patio under the grill.

It was a great experience, close to all our events and activities we had planned. Most accommodating. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Ron's home was absolutely perfect for our family to make a weekend of memories to last a lifetime for Easter. The home's proximity to many activities, dining and shopping options is excellent. We plan on coming back soon!

We were 5 adult 2 toddlers and 2 infants. The house was perfect, great location and amazing amenities. Ron is super responsive!

This house was a beautiful retreat for our family while in town for a wedding. The house was clean, convenient location, and great setup for the family. Many extras were included from toiletries to mountain bikes, and the owners were so helpful! We highly recommend!

We had a slight housekeeping issue at check-in, and when we reached out to Ron he responded promptly and went out of his way to immediately fix the problem (on a Sunday evening). The house was spacious, comfortable and well-taken care of. In addition, the amenities (mountain bikes, hot tub, golf discs) and neighborhood rec center were a real bonus. We will happily stay here again.

Everything went seamless. The house was perfect and we had a great experience. We plan on coming back in Spring/Summer to visit again in the off-season. Perfect home for a getaway.

New, clean. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable den and dining area. Second den area upstairs. Many extras - Bikes, Peleton, snowshoes, sleds. Bus stop right in front of unit. There is an app that tells you when bus will arrive, and shows bus location in real time. Convenient to Safeway, tubing hills, rec center, Foundry, Hernando's, Carvers. Short drive to lifts if you like. Two downsides: Only two full baths. One for Master BR, and one for other three BR's. TV: uses Apple TV and Hulu. Being unfamiliar, I had difficulty navigating the system. Also, tried to rent movie from iTunes, but it wouldn't let me switch to my account. Owners were very responsive to my questions by email, and sent us delicious cupcakes.

Cupcakes, coffee, plenty of towels, lots of TV access options, comfy beds, sleds... great stay at a well kept house!

So glad we found Ron’s place on vrbo. The house has everything you could possibly need or want. The location was perfect. We skiied Granby but went out in Winter Park. Ron was incredibly helpful. We were worried about getting stranded because of the “bomb cyclone” and the highway closures and he went out of his way to try and help us find somewhere else to stay. We would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a winter getaway. Close to Fraiser & Winter Park. We enjoyed the sledding hill close by. Our kids loved the bunk bed room and board games. The owners were fabulous! We will definitely be back.

Very nice property, owners are great

We stayed here with 3 kids and 5 adults. The home is beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable. The kids bunk room and TV area with PS4 were a hit! The kitchen has all the cookware and utensils you need to cook at home. It was so nice to have laundry access as well. My kids loved the sleds. There is a hot tub as well. The location is fabulous and the Lift bus stops just outside the home or it’s a quick drive to Winter Park to ski- easy access to everything in WP/Fraser. The owner is great to work with and responds quickly. I highly recommend this home!

We had been to this amazing house in the summer and were so eager to come in the fall! The leaves were so beautiful and the weather was perfect! We even got to experience a little snow on Sunday which was a great preview of the winter months here! We can’t wait to come back! Every time we go we find new awesome things to do and places to eat! I am gluten free and dairy free and the available options at the grocery stores and food places were amazing! All less than 5 min away! We will be back for sure! P.s the hot tub was a great addition !

We had the best time in Fraser. The drive itself is Beautiful!! The house is very easy to find and easy to get to. We were very impressed with the whole experience. We had a house full, 9 total, but it never felt crowded. Everything was very comfortable and easy. I liked that they asked everyone to take there shoes off. We do that in our house as well. They did a awesome job decorating. The furniture and appliances are all new. A Kurig for coffee. (Important for me) Nice kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Nice bathrooms with good water pressure and nice towels. Very nice comfortable beds and pillows. We all slept very well. The kids LOVED the kids room. At times it was hard to get them to do anything else. They were having so much fun just playing in there. It made it easy to keep all their stuff together and not strung out all over the house. It also has a trail that leads out of the neighborhood. You can take it North or South. I’m a runner, so it was a perfect 5k if you made a circle. Try to beat your time from the day before. I saw disc golf behind the house also. So bring your discs if you have them. It was a nice course. No lack of things to do that’s for sure. We loved staying here and hope to be able it make it a annual thing.
