A esta villa para no fumadores tan agradable no le faltan opciones para pasarlo en grande, como, por ejemplo, bicicletas en las instalaciones. Al disponer de un aparcamiento vigilado en las instalaciones, podrás olvidarte de tu vehículo y salir a pasear. Estarás a 12 min a pie de Dalyan Cami y a 15 min a pie de Dalyan Special Environmental Protection Area.

We’re just back from a 2 week stay in this lovely villa. Ideal location, just 10 minutes walk from the town.
Despite the heat the villa stayed cool and there was AC throughout. The bathrooms were huge!
The kitchen was really well stocked with crockery, glasses and even a orange juice squeezer which we made use of with oranges from the market.
The outside space was great, I picked limes from the tree fand the cars where shaded by the grapevine. The pool was lovely with plenty of sunloungers and parasols. I even bought fish from the swimming pool when a local fishmonger popped his head over the fence. Gorgeous on the barbeque!
Just a word of warning, the mosquitoes were fierce so I would take some coils for when you want to sit outside in the evening.
I would totally recommend a holiday here.

Lovely villa 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. There is a mini market (iztuzu market) across the road and a lovely cafe (cafe Merhaba) just a 2 minute walk away. The villa is clean and tidy with all home comforts. We stayed as a large family group and had both apartments our ages ranged from 79years to 9months and the villa catered for us all perfectly. The beds were comfortable too, a must have for me when holiday. Aircon in all the rooms which was a life saver as we visited during a heat wave. The pool area is cleaned and maintained daily and the addition of the small whirlpool was perfect for us with our older and younger guests.
I would recommend a stay at villa kotare for a relaxing holiday in a quiet location just a short walk to the town centre.

We stayed at Villa Ria in August 2022 and it only ticked the essential boxes, Location, pool, air con. The Air con is great downstairs but didn't cool the upstairs totally. The fans are quite noisy when both air cons are switched on as the fans are adjacent the bed on the outside wall. There's no front door which is a little weird and you enter the property at the rear. The doors could do with the security locks upgrading.
It's an easy 5-10 min walk into the local town for food and drinks. so in a perfect location. We have 3 children aged 15, 14 & 11 so the property was perfect for 5. We slept downstairs. Any more and you'll be struggling. The pool Spa didn't work.
Overall I would recommend this villa but don't expect it to be 5 star but then you get what you pay for.

Villa Ria is a stunning property in a quiet residential area of Dalyan. It is only a 5-10minute walk to the bars and restaurants. The villa has an amazing pool and well maintained gardens.
Internally, it is very spacious and well presented in a traditional Turkish style.

Dalyan is bueatiful and the Villa location is perfect, 10 minute walk to town, the management company and pool cleaner are very attentive and the outdoor space is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, eating and drinking

Villa is in a perfect location and only a 5 minute stroll in to town. The villa is well equipped with the essentials that are required. The grounds and pool area are very well maintained. Huseyin is probably the best property manager I have dealt with in Dalyan he was attentive without being OTT.

We traveled as a family, with our girls aged 19 and 22. This villa was perfect for our family; all en-suite rooms which are well proportioned. The pool is a good size and is really lovely. To the main part of town, where you’ll find good bars and restaurants, it’s about an 8 minute walk. Huseyin took care of anything we needed when we were there, he was so helpful, efficient and generally a lovely guy.
Dalyan itself is a stunning place and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning. My only complaint was.. we needed a few more days... ☀️

Thoroughly enjoyable holiday had by all in this Villa in Dalyan.
Villa was perfect and had everything we needed to make for a lovely holiday. Linda and Mustafa came to welcome us soon after we arrived which was nice. The Villa is exactly as it looks in the photos - very clean, well looked after and perfect for a family holiday.
A special mention to the lovely man who made sure the pool and gardens were kept clean and healthy.
The location of this Villa is superb and only a 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and bars.
Dalyan is such a lovely place, so many nice places to eat and drink. Villa Ria was absolutely perfect for us, we will definitely be recommending it to friends and booking up again very soon.

2nd time at Villa Ria and it is a wonderful Villa to stay in.
Beautiful location which is close to town, but not too isolated.
Pool is one of the best in Dalyan with the added benefit of a jacuzzi.
Gardens well kept and everything is clean and tidy.
Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to experience Villa life in Dalyan, it’s one of the best around.
