Excellent!

Booked for a long Easter weekend skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail. Good communication with entry codes etc. Conveniently located within walking distance of supermarket and restaurants. Very nice and clean place. Nice modern kitchen with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. Only disappointment was that listing includes BBQ grill, but appears that's not for guests as there was no propane. Nice to have garage parking and elevator up to 3rd floor condo. As others have said, a little loud with supermarket loading dock within view and I-70 short distance away, but really did not bother us. Would stay again.

Great spot for enjoying Avon and nearby locations!!

This place had soap, shampoo, olive oil, coffee filters, etc... Nice location around restaurants, grocery, etc...The code did not work when checking in but Vacaza allowed me to access key in lock box next to door, so no ultimate issue. You could hear the highway slightly, which i am sensitive too, but the place had fans for white noise, so not an issue. My only issue was the shower head which seems new age/contemporary, but not enjoyable as a bunch of small pin streams come down towards you. I prefer a basic nice shower head.

This condo is not suitable for a summer vacation in my opinion. The main living area did not reach temperatures below 82 degrees during our 4 night stay, and it was cool and beautiful outside in Avon. There is NO AC. The manager did bring us two small portable fans on day 2, but that only cooled the bedroom. We did have all the windows open the entire stay; the fans were blowing too. Seems like it would have been nice at night since temps got in the 40s (the bedroom was cool), but with windows open all we could hear were trucks roaring down the highway making it challenging to sleep. The condo looks to be nicely remodeled, and the condo is clean, so I imagine that it would be a nice place to stay in fall or winter. The view out the front window is a direct view of a building; the pics show that but it looks much farther away in the pictures; the bedroom view is a pretty Mountain View. The bed was comfortable and kitchen stocked. Again, I am sure this would be a great winter spot, but it is just too important to us to sleep well and be comfortable enough to enjoy the living area on vacation.

This was such a wonderful home base for both Beaver Creek and Vail. Convenient, beautiful property with indoor parking--bonus! Can't wait to come back next year.

Really beautifully remodeled condo. Super clean and convenient. Everything you need, including garage parking. Would stay again!
