The apartment was excellent and close to public transportation. Fully equipped kitchen with all of the utensils. The game room was a plus as well. Property has an underground garage.

The Facility

Every single Room has this weird noise that won't let you sleep. For the whole stay both my parents and I had bleeding nose because the A/C was EXTREMELY COLD and even though we went to the front desk every single day nothing happened. Also there was this terrible smell in the facility and in our suite.

Food was good, just wish there were lunch and dinner options.

Parking garage was dusty due to construction.

At the time we stayed weather perfect and quiet. Room impeccable, staff wonderful New favorite fall stay. Spa/hot tub wonderful after hiking or biking

Breakfast was awesome. The food was delicious and service perfect!

I could care less about Covid, just clean as you always would. Get over asking questions regarding Covid.

The staff was wonderful - very friendly and accommodating. We loved the location, the advice the staff gave us, and the price was great! The beds were super comfortable, everything was really clean, and the facility itself was very nice with a great patio. The little restaurant in the building was very good, fast, and the staff were extremely efficient.

Our only complaint was about the living room chairs - they were extremely uncomfortable. That being said, I don't think all units have the same chairs. We ended up sitting at the island 'table' and talking, so it was all good.

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was friendly and courteous, the facilities were extremely clean, and the location was unbeatable. We enjoyed coffee, lemonade, and S'mores. The room was architecturally very well designed, so it feels even bigger. Everything in the room was almost brand new and perfectly cleaned, including the small decorative objects and even the remote controls!

It was sad to leave.

I wish the resort would be pet friendly

The room was great and the kitchen well equiped.

The mobile boiler outside our window was loud and ran off and on all day and night. It is a future deal breaker.

This smallish resort has great rooms in an easy, walkable town. We came in August and wanted to just relax and do some hiking. The two bedrooms were very large, and the master bedroom's bathroom was large and beautiful. The kitchen and living room was beautiful and very comfortable. The balcony had great chairs and was a favorite for reading when the sun wasn't hitting it. The one downsized was there really is not a pool. It is more a very, very large jacuzzi. The kids enjoyed the pool and fusball tables off the library. The eating options are very good. I would recommend Vin 48 and the taco food truck across the street. We took a trip to a lovely state park in the mountains and spent a day shopping and walking around Vail. If you want a quiet comfortable place with access to hiking and good food, this is the place for you. Note: If you are interested in skiing, it will be some work to get to the hills, but they did have a ski valet area.

The condo was very clean and spacious.

The a/c fan was difficult to adjust. It blew loud and cold air and we could not adjust it. Although we asked for assistance with the fan operation, we didn't receive any help.

Size of the condo was excellent. Love having the kitchen and laundry amenities so we didn’t have to buy them. Just wish the other bedroom had queen beds not full size.

Wish the AC could go lower than 68. We had to buy a fan to keep air circulating.

Hotel was conveniently located in Avon. You can reach most cities within 1.5 hours. There are lots of bars, restaurants, and bike rental within walking distance. We rented a Presidential Suite; definitely worth the money. Staff was very friendly. They said we had our own concierge but he was working remote so he was really no help to us. They have a large hot tub that was very nice after a day of walking/hiking/biking.

Does not mention on the website that there is a parking fee, but there is. It is $20/day and only available as Valet service. Had a hard time getting the car when we had to leave at 6:30 a.m. so I would suggest arranging it the night before you need it. The HVAC in the 2nd bedroom did not work well. Very hot in the bedroom and very cold in the living room/kitchen. We even tried leaving the door open and that didn't help either.
