We had a lovely stay. Check in went smoothly, very friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast and choices. The manager does an excellent job of making himself known and checking to see if everything is all right. Would definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work!

We were greated by smiling welcoming faces and homemade cookies! The rooms are bright and spotless, love the electric fireplace decor! Breakfast was amazing, warmed our hearts to see the manager in there cleaning tables and helping out first thing in the morning. Beautiful place to stay, the friendly staff makes us want to stay there again😊

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating in all things. The breakfast selection was great as were the hours. Older people and people with young children sometimes need or want extra time to get ready so breakfast til 10:00 is great. My one thing I would recommend is to have 2 luggage holders. When there are two people and only one holder there is a problem of what to do for the second suitcase. This is a problem with all hotels/motels. I sleep with mine on the bed since I don’t want to keep taking it on and off.

The rooms were very large and clean. Well maintained and with all the usual amenities you expect. Staff were exceptional, very courteous, quick, friendly, and helpful. Parking was plentiful.
Michael, the general manager, was at breakfast each and everyone morning making sure food was hot and ready, plates were cleared away, and would stop to have a quick chat to make sure everything was okay.
Highly recommend if you stay in Terrace. We will be back again!

Travelling during a heat wave but the hotel has complimentary coffee and lemon water as you walk in. Also wonderful air conditioning!! Only complaint is the glass bathroom door ???? It’s a beautiful hotel. Will definitely be back!!

I gave 'excellent' (5) to all the questions except 'comfort' which I rated as 4 - only because the blinds did not give a complete blackout into the room. For me, thats not an issue as I enjoy a little bit of morning light into the room, but most other hotels will have total blackout.

This is a newly renovated property, and done in a way that doesn't make it unaffordable. The breakfast's were great. The bathroom floors wer le a little dirty and that is my suggestion, to mop them between guests.
