Great hotel with clean rooms, very friendly staff, great food (breakfast and dinner) with lots of choices and a great location right on the promenade. Parking was no issue. There are a lot of free parking spaces around the hotel. The price (off season) was more than fair for what the hotel had to offer. We will be coming back for sure.

The beds are very soft and the mattress soggy. Everything is clean, it's only that it's not that comfortable. The gym could be updated a bit and made more welcoming.

I definitely like the location of the hotel. The sea view rooms are a reasonable size with a great view of the whole beach. Room cleaning is great, bedding is changed every three days. The staff at the reception do their job well - they made a small mistake when we checked in, but they sent us a bottle of wine and candy the next day, which was very nice!

A big disappointment was the quality of the food and service in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food did not seem appealing and often tasted very mediocre. I don't demand much for such a price, but for example in the neighboring and similarly priced Iberostar hotel (and this is not an advertisement), where we stayed in winter 2021, the food and service were perfect. Another big disadvantage of the restaurant is the poorly working exhaust hood, after each meal our clothes required airing! There were not always enough fresh vegetables for breakfast and there was only one modern coffee machine for all the guests (I only drink decaf so I had to wait in line for it every morning).

The clerck at the reception had a bad cold and was coffing through the morning when we waited for our departure. They really shouldn’t put sick people to work. Especially at these times.

The outdoor pool is not heated

Pancakes are amazing. －They put raw meet, which the chef is gonna cook later, right inside the window so that customers can have a clear look at whether the meat is fresh or not.

On my second day here, the cucumber from breakfast went bad. It tasted sour and I'm pretty sure it wasn't pickle. －Risoto from dinner was so oily and salty. －Mushrooms from all the dishes are canned. I don't know if this a problem for anyone else, but that's a big negative for me. －Fish are overcooked and dry.

It's a fabulous and beautiful hotel. Breakfast, dinner, room with a sea view, and staff were amazing. The receptionist was very helpful. We requested vegetarian food for dinner. The staff ensured that the menu had a few vegetarian items that were very tasty. The rooms are big. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the hotel. They also have a play area where they had chess and table tennis. Indeed a very good choice for those who want to relax at Palma!

The wi-fi connection was intermittent.

I loved breakfast. Food was fabulous. Loved omelette with cheese, pancakes. Sometimes coffee wad not hot. But they have coffee machine as well. But I don’t like machine coffee therefore for me it was disappointing thing. Location was good, just in 20 minutes walk from Sa Coma beach which I loved more than Cola Millor Beach. I loved cleanness of hotel. Leveraged from gym as well. Pool was not so big but it was clean and ideal for children. Hotel rooms have beautiful sea view. My room was in 3rd floor and it had both sea and pool view.

Everything was good for the families, especially for children. There was evening entertainment for kids every day. There were shows for adults as well, but I would say it was not always interesting. It’s more suitable for chilling of families not for single persons for sure. I got bored sometimes, because there is less activities for young people. I think young people who want to chill should go to clubs outside the hotel. Most of the guests where I stayed were Germans. I don’t have anything against them, but my expectation was to see multinational environment. In Sa Coma Beach it was mainly British. Overall, I think it can be more interesting and attractive for families with children.

Location is great (close to the beach, but not in the most crowded area, parking in the streets around was also easy). Our room had the perfect view to the sea, that was by far the highlight of our holidays. Breakfast buffet had great variety and good quality. We rented a Stand-Up-Paddle, which can be done directly at the reception. Staff is also very friendly.

Furniture of the room could need some rework / replacement. AC was working (and very effective), but once the balcony door was opened (to which a sensor was attached to), it needed to be closed / opened 2-3 times before it starts again.
