We were in town for a wedding at Chambers Bay Golf Club. Although it was a ways away from venue, we liked the neighborhood and it was super easy to get to and get around to everywhere we wanted. Lots of places to eat close by and was everything we needed. Shopping was close and we had no problems.

The house was great! Although, it does list central AC/heat and that is not correct. There is only one window unit upstairs for one of the rooms. There are no ceiling fans either. We needed air movement at least as it had been warm, even for Tacoma area. We went to a local store and bought fans for the rooms.
But the house itself was cute and clean!
The reviews of the neighborhood were accurate so we were at least prepared for that. It is across the street from a bar. Since we slept with the windows open at night for cool air, we heard everything!
The yard and parking were clean and well taken care of. We still felt safe in the neighborhood and with parking in back.

The house was impeccably clean upon arrival. The bed linens were deluxe! The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay. Great location walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

Very clean property with comfortable accommodations. Good setting for those looking for a weekend get away with friends or older family members. The house is located on a busy street with a bar next door, which caused the evenings to be a bit loud; light sleepers may want some ear plugs. With that said, it has off street parking and the main street I mentioned affords easy driving access to restaurants which are located on that road.

So much fun staying here for the week. Right in the heart of all the fun in tacoma. The host was very easy to work with as well.

My family stayed here for a week to visit some folks in Tacoma over Christmas. It was a great house for grandparents, my sister, and my fam of 3. Everyone had their own space but we could hang out together also. It was spacious clean and airy. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms updated. The location was on a busy street (in a cool part of Tacoma) and sometimes it was a little noisy, but not enough to be super disruptive. The offstreet parking was great too.

This property was great. It was clean, comfortable, and up to date. Plenty of room for a group, great kitchen, comfortable beds, and well kept. Communication with property owner was easy, check in/out was a breeze. Close to restaurants and coffee bars. This was a great place for us! Would book again!

Plus: The place is clean and the actual beds are comfortable. Off street parking for 2.
The fold down in the 4th bedroom is quite small and without sheets and pillows. The houseless trailer at the end of the driveway was a nice touch, as was the lack of keyless entry at the back parking spaces (which we were happy to have). Definitely bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. O'Malley's across the street is quite the upscale dive.
All in all a decent place to lay your head.

The house is great for those needing three bedrooms. Lots of well utilized spaces for relaxing, eating, cooking and sleeping. Angela is very nice and helpful. The location is great for entertainment, but be aware that the house is right across the street from a busy late night bar. Lots of street noise until places close for the night. Really walkable restaurants and bars though, so that's the trade-off.

House fit our family of 7 well. Was in close proximity of food shops and our family. The street noise wasnt too bad i expected worse.

The design elements of this 4 bedroom home were very pleasing. The laundry and kitchen were great, and having 2 full bathrooms for a family of 7 was brilliant. The parking was easy. It was hot and there is NO S/C and no fans, so plan accordingly. We bought a fan at Walmart and borrowed a second one for the 2 upstairs bedrooms. There were no screens on several of the downstairs windows, so we did not leave them open at night for fear of insects, but this may have been intentional because the home is locsted in area of foot traffic.I would stay again, just hopefully in a cooler month.

Fun place, very clean, and as described. All positive except on the weekends when the Irish Bar across the street closes and all the loud drunks roll out into the street.
We really enjoyed our stay.
