O pessoal muito simpático

Eu já fiquei ai algumas vezes no vosso Hotel mas desta vez jantei como de costume no vosso restaurante e estava péssimo. Comi bacalhau e estava completamente seco. Tentei a carna e eram ossos com arroz... Sempre comi muito bem das outras vezes que estive ai mas desta vez para o preço que me cobraram a estadia, (que cada vez está mais caro) deixou-me a pensar se irei voltar. Muita pouca variedade para um Hotel de 4 estrelas. Pequeno almoço bom.

Cleanliness of rooms and overall, comfortable, good size room, comfy big beds, good breakfast and nice staff.

Slow restaurant service at lunch, no diaper changing station in the lobby (but access to a room to do it was offered 👍). No access to the playground park for kids (there is one right by the building but no access to it, only different stay options have access to it).

communication on stay details. they mentioned restaurants hours, but didn’t mention bar opened earlier. no electric outlet near bed.

The breakfast was good, there was a reasonable selection of items and it was plentiful.

The soup was not very hot at the evening buffet.

Close to the Camino. Evening meal was good. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

accessible room was great with handles & railings where you need them. dinner was an inexpensive buffet, but the dishes were tasty, authentic portuguese. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Linens were spotlessly white, neatly pressed. The double paned glass doors to the balcony reduced the rumble of passing trains to a whisper. We will definitely repeat when in Vila Franca.

For the price, what's not to like? This is not a luxury hotel, but neither is the price. Quite satisfactory to be close to EVOA bird sanctuary, local museums and sites.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The rooms are cleaned every day. Good bathroom products. The rooms are well insulated, so even theres ia train passing near by you dont hear that much.

We expected a bit more of a 4 star hotel. Beakfast has variety, although not that much if you dont consume animal products as we. We had warned of this situation in advanced to which they said they would be aware but they only managed to arrange some indivitual packs of soy milk for the kids, and no yogurts or alternative butters.
