Cleanliness was lacking but host was quick to respond with resolutions.
Basement/game room as well as the large deck provided great spaces for our large group to spend time together.

Overall the property was great. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for family as well as a great location. It is well decorated and stocked. When we arrived the house had not been cleaned well with food under the table and couch from the previous guests. The deck is a little scary with many rotting boards and holes. I would highly recommend that the property managers repair the deck because it is on the verge of being unsafe

We take an annual trip to lake Cumberland with a group of 6 adults and 6 kids. This was the best house we have stayed at. The house had plenty of room, the kitchen was nicely appointed, and the deck was great for hanging out. The deck could use a some shade to make it a little more usable and it needed some maintenance as it had a few soft spots, but otherwise perfect. We would definitely stay here again. It is a beautiful property.

Overall one of the most memorable mini vacations we , as a family , have ever had, my kids, and grandkids had a ball, as did we, just perfect for the 12 of us, will definitely go back

Beautiful scenery and view. No problems with anything except a lock issue, which several adults couldn't get door to open. We were standing there I was texting owner. Our 8 year pushed the buttons and it opened. Quick response from owner. Everything was comfortable and clean. Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

This beautiful home worked great for our group of 8. The views & light, through all the windows, were extraordinary. The younger crew enjoyed the pool table & games downstairs. The two married couples enjoyed their own space in the living area & upstairs living area for quiet reading & conversation. The bathrooms were well-stocked with towels & supplies. (The shower upstairs was slow draining.) Enjoyed the calming water color accents throughout the house! The deck was a great gathering area to grill, eat & enjoy the view. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The homes on either side were closer than we envisioned, but did not interfere with our stay. The fishermen among us would have enjoyed better water access on the property. We appreciated their "leave-it-as-it-is" policy, so we didn't have to worry about cleaning everything before we left. A great getaway!

They had tv,s in every room. Great place. Very clean. Had everything you needed there. Only thing you need to bring is groceries. I would rate it a 10. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed.

I would highly recommend staying here, the place is even better in person. Beds were super comfortable, place was immaculate, lots of games to play and the views were spectacular. There was a minor hiccup when we arrived but it was resolved super fast, other than that communication with the owner was excellent. If you are thinking about booking this place just do it, you will be very happy with your decision.
One small request for future stays would be to have some cooking knives and a broom or vaccuum.
