The listing is exactly like the property!! It was beautiful and modern. The owner was a delight to work with. It felt like a home and everyone in my party enjoyed it. Only downfall was the lack of cooking items in the kitchen that would have been helpful (were a family that enjoying a cooking while on vacation): a cutting board, rubber spatula, tongs, maybe a few more pots and pans. But not a deal breaker by any means, we made it work. The property was right on a Main Street and you just had to get used to the traffic that goes by, but each room was equipped with white noise machines which was a great touch. The location was also nice. It was within walking distance to the downtown and campus. And other things were an easy 5-10 minute drive. We would absolutely stay again if we’re every in COMO.

Very conveniently located near everything in town. House was good. Lots of stairs so be prepared :) the art on the walls is excellent. Couple fit and finish issues in the house but nothing that detracted from the experience at all! Nick was responsive and a superb host. Having a garage was great too!

This was a great place to stay! Beautiful and updated condo. Location was perfect, very close to Broadway but just far enough that the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.

We were looking for a place to stay near Columbia and found this place. It was incredibly nice and the communication with the manager was quick and helpful. The property was very, very nice, and it was clean. We’re heading back through next year and will definitely be checking out this property again.

Great location, just minutes from downtown and the MU campus. Had everything we needed for a great weekend visit. The garage was a nice option for parking since storms rolled through while we were in town. The property owner was helpful and responsive via text during our visit. Thanks for a great stay!

As advertised, new clean, close to town, nice place

We enjoyed the privacy and roominess of property. Perfect for our needs. We had a car so not hard to get places but if you aren’t a hill walker, not easy to just walk downtown near Mizzou campus. We visited Warm Springs and Rocheport as well and these were great spots to visit with Columbia as our home base.

Traveled to meet up with adult children. Fun weekend. Excellent location! Lots of stairs- that was fine with us but just mentoring for those who may have difficulties on stairs.

Enjoyed the close proximity to downtown and our daughter’s apartment. Great restaurants, bars. Short drives to beautiful hiking. The condo was vibrant, beautiful energy, comfortable and welcoming. Felt like home.

Wonderful for young people . Too many stairs for older people. Location is great. Very nice condo Owner assistant is quick. Need tvs in bedrooms.

Nice, modern condo with space to gather. Having a garage to park in was a nice bonus. There are a lot of stairs so be aware of that. My father in law struggles with stairs and made it but full flight from entry to main level and then another full flight up to bedrooms. Everything was very nice.
