Pues, que me tocara en el tercer piso y habitación atrás para disminuir el ruido de los bares musicales de abajo del hotel

I booked a ‘delux’ room with big window and sofa bed. When we arrived we had a very tiny room with a tiny window overlooking a horrible inside view. I asked the male receptionist why my room was not similar to the pictures on the app and he was rather rude and dismissive. He said if I actually wanted the room in the picture I should have asked for this in the comments box. There was no apology whatsoever. I will be contacting booking.com to ask for some sort of deduction as this is not acceptable.

Fridges in the "deluxe" rooms were smelly and obviously had been left for some time without being switched on /properly cleaned. The "deluxe" rooms had a pod coffee maker but no pods and only one cup and saucer - pointless.

Air con didn’t work, fridge didn’t chill, no air flow as building in front of window, shower didn’t drain and overflowed through bathroom, bedroom and out into hallway, only 1 towel and still no extra 11 hours after asking. Walls filthy

a lot of noise from the street “bars”, inside of the room a lot of noise from other rooms and water pipes vibrating inside of the walls. we asked for another room and it was denied even with other rooms available.

The location is perfect. Right at the city center but also close to the beach. It’s not expensive and there are nice cafes, bars, and restaurants around. The staff at the reception was also very nice.

The room wasn’t super clean and you can hear the people outside the door very easily.

location is convenient because is in city center. however it is too loud and noisy.

I truly don’t recommend to book this place as it doesn’t matches the pictures displayed (see attachment), it is too loud and the cleanliness and treatment of this accommodation are really a shame. I will go from less to worst. 1. Language: Receptionists/manager who do not fluently speak Spanish nor English and are not respectful/kind to the client. 2. Noise: good location but there was A LOT of noise from outside (we even stayed on a Tuesday!) and even from inside (receptionists inviting friends). 3. Cleanliness: problem with towels (detailed below). EXPERIENCE 3): We arrived at the hotel at 13:30, the receptionist told us that the room is not available until 15:00 (check-in time). We came back at 16:30, we go in, when I am about to take a shower I realized that: I) There were no towels. II) There was no soap When my partner complains about this the receptionist i) explains that there were no towels because “the company in charge of washing them” did not bring them because of the rain ii) tries to enter the room to “confirm that there is no soap” (when I was naked in the shower). I truly don’t understand this, I payed for a room and I should be able to ask as many as hand soaps as needed. Because of this uncomfortable situation I changed, went down and complained. The receptionist assured us that they would bring the towels in the evening, so we left. We came back at 11pm: No towels after 7hs. not being in the room. I complained to the then "manager/owner" and he brought me two towels from the 4th floor and folded them in front of me. As they explained me in the afternoon they had a “company that washed the towels which was delayed to deliver them” how could I be sure that these were not used from previous clients? He explained to me that on the 4th floor they had a washing machine. Because of this I asked to go upstairs and see with my own eyes this "laundry room", which in the end did exist.

Everything else..bad service, staff nor friendly, room was nothing like in the photos on booking.com. Walls were thin, and the room was interior giving a window to another wall

People in charge of the reception were very kind, friendly and polite.

Place is too noisy, first floor a disco, second floor bedroom.

The location is perfect. It's near everything, bars, restaurants, main tourist places and beach.

Newish hotel, central location close to bars, restaurants and harbour, lovely staff.

No towels in room - staff advised there was a problem within the hotel regarding the towels. No coffee with coffee machine.

The rooms could have been more spacious, but I guess you get what you pay for. The bathroom door didn’t open or close. but it wasn’t really an issue.

Great value for money

Not suitable for summer if you do not party or are sensible to noise as its in the middle of bars and restaurants. In november it was great as there werent many people.
