The key didn't worked two times, meaning that they usually have issues with the configuration of the room keys. They offered a discount voucher for Dennys but when I asked for it they said they've run out of discounts. In general a good place to stay and very convenient that the restaurant Dennys is open 24 hrs

Staff was not accommodating with airport transportation even though it is offered and listed as an amenity. Had to ask 5 different times.

Loads of construction which made it difficult to get to/from property.

I did not realize until the check in day that i booked the wrong holiday Inn. By the description, i thought i booked the one close to the airport since it had an airport shuttle available. We needed to be close to the airport due to an early flight (6am). So i rebooked at the holiday In Express, which is the one i really wanted. was not able to cancel and get a refund. Since it was the day of checkin. So i lost the $585 in fees.also, i didnt realize how difficult it was to get around San Jose so it would’ve take. Is 40 minutes to get to the airport.

The exception was at the Breakfast restaurant., the personnel at the lobby asked us if we had any allergies at our arrival, and we told them about gluten and dairy, however the restaurant on the next day knew about the request, but didn't prepare for it... disappointing

I made a reservation for two rooms on Hotels.com. It was for $108(?). When I arrived, I was charged $151.53 for one room and $162.83 for the other. My credit card company will be contacting you. Also, you than had the nerve to charge $120 (which I got an Uber!) for a 15 min drive for four to the airport. I will never use your hotel again and I come to CR quite often.

A nice property. Not much going on in the area. Denny’s on property and a local restaurant. A store is in walking distance

Construction in front of hotel caused major traffic delays daily. A 10 minute taxi drive would take over an hour or more each way thus incurring a large fare. Was surprised that most employees did not speak english. I realize it is not their language but was told most people are taught in school . The laundry at the facility only used american quarters which no one seemed to have. Had to go to hotel next door for quarters. Just an FYI. The hotel restaurant nor the casino in the hotel have decaf coffee. If you are lucky enough to find it anywhere it cost extra. I had to be relocated after arrival as i was given incorrect room type. They moved me to the very end of a long hallway of rooms which would have not been a problem except i am elderly and the long walk several times a day was tough. The ice machines are located only on 2 floors. I have to return in 6 months but will definately look for a better location.
