This was a great place to stay. Loved the view of the ocean and watching the sunset every night! Can’t wait to go back again!

The house was great, as advertised. Well stocked. Stayed for 2 weeks. Leaky dishwasher, repairman was out same day!!

Great host and excellent communication. We discovered some housekeeping issues on day 1 but the owners worked to help remedy the issues promptly and assured us they would follow up with the housekeeper. Overall, the location is excellent and property is very nice with gorgeous views. Soft and comfortable beds in all rooms, including the bunkers for the kids.

The property served us well - from the beach access, ping pong table, beach bikes, stocked kitchen necessities and 3 full baths. We did receive permission to increase the AC below 73 as there was a mildew smell. The property managers responded promptly and affirmatively to accommodate our comfort and concern. We had a great visit!!

We loved every minute of our stay. We were comfortable and loved the view and the connivence of the property . Getting up everyday to that beautiful view was lovely. Communication from everyone once we booked and arrived, made the visit easy and stress free. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property and the company itself to anyone.

Incredible beach and sunset views. Large living area on the balcony that we used a lot (inside living room is small). Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-appointed - the knives were actually sharp, which seems so rare in rentals. They do ask that you keep the AC set at 73 which felt really hot to us so we purchased some fans to keep the air moving. If you run hot, you might want to consider that. (They did allow us to reduce the temp at night which was helpful!) The location is fantastic - you are right on the sand practically! We love Shrimpy's restaurant which is about a 7 minute walk away. Publix is 5 minute drive. There is some street noise, as others have noted, but it did not bother us.

Our family had a great time. The location was great and the vibe inside was nice. 2 nice decks and the beach right in your backyard. Also plenty of amenities to make the experience more enjoyable. Thank you !!

This home is impeccable… It is like staying in a luxury hotel! The location could not be more convenient or beautiful! The owners thought of, and provide everything you could need! We can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 5 adults and 1 baby spent a wonderful week at Treasure Island Beach, and this condo was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was SO helpful for our lg group. My favorite things about this ocean front condo is that it is just steps away from the beautiful and uncrowded beach, and it has 2 decks/balconies for drinking beverages while looking out over the water. It is also close to many restaurants, stores, and John’s Pass making it a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again!

The layout of the home was great and it is stocked with everything we needed for our weeks vacation. The views are spectacular from the decks. We saw dolphins most days while sipping coffee from the deck. We enjoyed paddle boarding (which was provided) in the gulf! The water was so calm and beautiful.

Great location condo was just as described. Only draw back is road noise during the day but overall a wonderful experience.

The property is as described and comes with loads of beach toys, chairs, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and even includes boogie board and a surfboard. Kitchen, 3x bathrooms and laundry are great and the porch is where it all happened. Sunsets from the property are amazing. Best beach vacation ever. Perfect condo for us! All the beach toys were there, and we used them all: SUP`s, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas as well as sand building kids stuff. While we were there, they added a ping pong table and our kids loved it! We spent most of our time on the beach, in the water, or on the decks. Beautiful area of the beach as it is quiet directly in front, but lively areas are within walking distance. The decor was top of the line and they had gorgeous bathrooms with bidets!! Truly phenomenal! Location is perfect, easy walk to bars and restaurants. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well supplied with everything needed to cook and more! The beds are super comfortable and the linens are luxurious. The bikes, SUPs, and kayaks provided are a great extra enjoyed by the whole family. house was exactly as pictured. Being so close to the beach and experiencing daily sunsets was truly incredible. The house has ALL of the cooking and dining appliances and tools. There are even bikes, a grill, beach towels, etc. We did not seem to find beach chairs or umbrella but you can rent or bring your own. We did have the team over one day to fix one of the showers and make sure things were working and the staff was very professional and communication was great. There are many steps and I would just be mindful if you can’t take steps or plan to pack heavily like we did! Our family of 8 adults had a great time at B4 this year. The rental was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for the week. Plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware! The unit was clean and had plenty of starter supplies. We love the location, close to Publix and Shrimpys (our favorite restaurant). Beach chairs and bicycles were great for the beach lovers in our family while my husband and I spent our days on the Pinellas Bike trails. Gina and Jeff responded quickly to our e-mails. We found this as the very last second and it saved our vacation for sure. The house is great. Right on the beach with gorgeous views and porches. We would definitely stay again. Only complaint is that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom is very noisy. They did respond right away about it but it didn’t get fixed. I suspect they just need a new fan to be honest. Everything else was fantastic.
