Beautiful condo, plenty of room for us all to stay in, property owners made sure we had everything we needed and made everything easy for check in

House was nice. Nice layout. One issue was stairs to get in location. 3 flights. House could have been cleaner. There were 7 of us and only 1 towel and wash cloth per person so we had to do laundry. The host was great. Any issues or questions we had were answered promptly.

There was trash all under to sofa the water reeked of sewer the cops were called for a noise disturbance at 8 pm we were singing happy birthday to my 65 year old aunt not having a block party it just seemed ridiculous when complaints were brought up he said well leave then in so many words

The house was wonderful. I cannot say enough about Tim and Vanessa's warm welcome. They took the time to call the morning of check in and made me feel like I did not need to worry about a think. They also went out of their way to help me look for a fishing charter. I do a lot of rentals and they went above and beyond any other experience. Thank you both and the next time we come to the area I will certainly look you up.

My sisters and closest friends stayed here. The location is PERFECT. The house is very cute and sweet. Everyone in the area was very kind. The hosts are very kinda and helpful. Our group agreed we will absolutely stay here again.

Renting was easy. The condo was nice. The only thing was, I never noticed that it was a 3rd floor unit. We are in our mid 70s and my husband has a bad knee. We were ok cause we didn't go up & down the stairs frequently, but we might have if the weather had been better. Also, it was difficult to find cause the address was not visible.

This condo was amazing! Very clean and loaded with everything from beach towels to all kitchen utensils! Beds were comfortable. Just get ready to walk up some stairs when loading and unloading your car but other than that everything was great! The balcony was spacious with 4 chairs and a table, very relaxing! We were very impressed! Ms. Vanessa communicated promptly with me and was very friendly and courteous! 5 stars for us!
