Really nice apartment in a good location.

This property was very clean and modern. We only stayed one night because we were returning to Barcelona the night before our flight and it fit our needs and price. We wish we had stayed at this property on the first half of our trip. The location was closer and more fun than the location we stayed at close to the Arc. Just outside the building is a great area to walk and is a short walk to the most popular attractions. One big plus is there is a parking garage directly outside the front door that has a negotiated daily rate of 14euro for this who drive. Convenience was perfect at this property.

Our family of 6 were very comfortable in the apartment. The location is perfect with everything you need close by and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. A short walk to all the main sights. We highly recommend.

Great place but the bedrooms are almost 2 floors of steps below the main rooms. I was told that it was a “few” steps. I had my 86 year old mother and those steps caused big issues.

If you are searching for the best place to stay in Barcelona search no further! Our stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful!! Andres the owner was very helpful with pointing out the best places to visit and even provided us a cell phone to make international calls FREE of charge! We also added a few more nights to our stay last minute and Andres was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Barcelona!!

Just home from a wonderful 4 days in Barcelona. We stayed at the en vile apartments on Floridablanca and everything was really great. We were two couples and a 5 yr old and it suited us perfectly. The apartment has plenty of room for socialising, we had friends rounds for drinks who also loved the space. Our host Eduard was super, right from booking to greeting us on our arrival. He recommended a couple of restaurants the Florida which is right across the street and also the Moritz (brewery & restaurant) which is just a couple of blocks away. Both were excellent and would highly recommend. We had small children in our party and both restaurants were really accommodating. The apartment is in a great location, less than 15 mins walk from Catalunya Square and also close to the metro, a supermarket just round the corner and other bars and shops etc. We would highly recommend it and world definitely look to stay there again the next time we visit Barcelona. Location was good, extras like use of cel phone a nice touch. A/c good for sleeping. Bathroom doors need some attention. Otherwise everything was fine.

The apartment was well located with markets close by. The kitchen was appointed nicely and the rooms were very comfortable. The office was downstairs and Edouard was so helpful. Overall, the place was great.

The En Ville Terraza Apartment is clean and bright with a relaxing terrace and everything we needed. The Sant Antoni area is a perfect location, far enough from the main tourist area to feel local, but convenient enough to walk to all of the sites. It has a wonderful market, grocery store and many restaurants to choose from. There is also a convenient Metro station and airport bus (which we took for our onward flight). Eduard was very helpful and recommended some great restaurants and bakery near by. Thanks Eduard for a wonderful stay!

There were five of us that stayed there... We loved it, it was perfect.

This is a very clean cozy apartment in a residential neighborhood but within walking distance of all the tourist hit lists. There is a super market on the same block and good restaurants are nearby. Very glad to have stayed here rather than in a teeming tourist spot. Would book again.

This was a nice apartment for short stay. Unlike the U.S. , there is no automated check in, you have to physically meet the manager there to get the keys. The apartment was spacious with 3 bed and 3 bath. There is not a lot of space to put clothes or toiletries.The outdoor patio is nice but the view is typical of this area. The view is of rooftops and other apartments with laundry drying on balcony. No green spaces. Keep in mind, also typical of this area is tiny elevators ( 2 person with suitcases), no bath wash cloths, and area did not feel safe outside at night. Overall it was a nice place and Eduard and Bogden very nice and accommodating. My advice for Barcelona,stay off Rambles area and go to university and triangle area instead. You can walk there from this apartment. Also, Flax and Kale was a good restaurant.

We had a great time in Barcelona and the apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and location was perfect. Close enough to everything but a little less noisy area. Great restaurants on every corner. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a great time in Barcelona.

We loved our stay in the beautiful apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great. The service was excellent too. The living space was a little small for our family of 6 but we were only there 1 night so it was fine.

We stayed (6 adults) in the 3 bed 3 bath. What a great place. The balcony doors open all the way which gives you the added space and the feel of the neighborhood. Barcelona is a wonderful city and when I return I will stay here. The apartments location made it very easy walk to all the sights of Barcelona. Eduard is very helpful and responsive to our many questions. Never having been to Spain we had more than a few.

We stayed at this comfortable apartment for 6 days and loved it. The area was a short walk to many of the places we wanted to see like Las Ramblas, the El Born neighborhood ( don’t miss this area ) the Barri Gotic area and the Boqueria market which was amazing There were many restaurants and bakeries close by and a great supermarket right around the corner Our hosts were super helpful at all times. They had a phone in the room that had places to eat and that was helpful. Went to the St Moritz brewery which was one of the recommendations and the food was great as was the beer. Try the Potatoes Brava We would definitely stay here again

Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment was great for my wife and I and is in a nice neighborhood with great restaurants filled with locals and not tourists. That was a nice change each evening as the main tourist areas are packed and the change at night allows you to get a feel for the real Barcelona. The owners are on site and very, very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

I traveled to Barcelona with a group of 6 girls from the US. Eduardo was very accommodating, he gave great recommendations and helped to book an early morning cab on our way home. The property was in a quiet area, we had some difficulty finding nearby bars that were open late (past 12:30) but that was not a problem. Close metro or 20 minute walk from some busier areas. Very comfortable beds, clean apartment and the balcony was great. There was a pretty strict noise restriction, though it was not really an issue. We received a text to keep the noise down 1x while we were playing music at around 10:30, but again not an issue we just turned it off. Overall, would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Communication with the rental service was great. The property honestly seemed like a very basic hotel. It was clean but rather spartan. The kitchen set up is not adequate for any real food prep, and there aren’t any plugs on the island to make coffee or tea. You have to set the maker on a plastic cart to reach the wall plugs. The most disappointing part of our stay was the noise from construction going on right next door, starting at 7:00am on Monday morning. Luckily we arrived on Friday and no construction over the weekend! The area this apartment is very nice and walkable with many restaurants close. The beds are comfortable and the shower has plenty of hot water. Depending on your needs and the status of the construction it could be a good stay. I would suggest asking about if the construction is finished before booking.

This property was just as pictured and worked out great for our group. There are several cafes and restaurants in walking distance, as well as a local market, supermarket, and the metro. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the staff for excellent communication, providing information on the local area, and helping us set up a taxi on our departure.

Wonderful apartment, very comfortable and perfect location to hop on metro, restaurants and shopping including a supermarket! Eduardo and Mateo took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable including setting up our airport transport the day of our departure!

Well located near a couple of Metro stops with easy access to most of what Barcelona has to offer. The wide angel lens photos give the appearance of it being larger. The outside veranda is a huge plus. Good communication with the host.

Really lovely, modern apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms and a great socialising area. Good location with most things within walking distance. Only negative was very noisy building work in building next door but that was in the day time when we were mainly out and about anyway.

We have loved our stay. Beautiful appartment for our family members. Near all commute. I recommand strongly.

The apartment was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. The location is excellent, walking distance to many stores and restaurants plus easy access to catch a cab or bus. Close to everything but street was very quiet. Highly recommend.

Ensure the construction next door is COMPLETED before you agree to stay here. When we got there Eduard sprung the news of the construction on us—said “I don’t want to unduly scare away customers” because he said the noise would be minimal. That was NOT our experience. Constant jackhammering (sometimes extremely loud, sometimes more distant), banging intermittently loud enough shake the building. We could not stay in the building during the day—which means my 85 year old mother had to be out all day which was very difficult for her. I complained to Eduard who spoke with the construction people, it was better the next morning but terrible again for the rest if the stay. In addition to the non disclosure and the dismissal of our concerns about not being told about the construction ahead of time, the owners nickle and dime you to death. They will not change out the towels unless you pay 2.50 euros per person—and they won’t change it for only one person. The showers did not have complete doors so the bath mat was soaked after each shower—and unless we paid 10 euros a day (for all 4 of us staying there), we had sopping wet bath mats every day. Lastly, the pictures of the apartment are not accurate. The apartment we were given (En Ville owns the whole building) was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Also, very awkward layout with a windowless bedroom (with the only double bed) smack dab in middle of apartment with zero privacy. Would not rent En Ville again.

We traveled to Barcelona with two friends, one of whom uses a scooter and/or crutches because of a medical issue. The condominium managers were so helpful and accommodating. Even though our flight was delayed by 6 hours they were there to let us in and give us the keys. They checked with us regularly and the condo was cleaned whenever we requested. It was wonderful! We definitely hope to return!

We didn’t look into the bus system or subway, but these were close by. Overall a great experience and would totally recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. This rental is very close to the city center and within walking distance of all site, but the neighborhood is not touristy at all and is very quiet. You are around the corner from the market de Sant Antoni which is wonderful. Lots of great restaurants, shops and necessities are all around. Also very close to the subway. The apartment itself is clean and has all the basics (we did not cook meals here, but you could do basic cooking). The beds were very comfortable. It was nice having three full baths. If the weather is nice (it was for us) the porch adds a lot of common space and is a nice place to sit and eat. There is free laundry on the ground level for the whole building. I would definitely stay in this rental again we had a wonderful time.
