Excellent breakfast, breakfast times were suitable even for late risers. The location is exceptional. The rooftop bar was impressive.

We liked everything.

The breakfast was excellent and the room where it was served had lovely views. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We particularly like the view from the terrace in our room and also the roof top bar. The hotel is in a great location.

The rooms are pretty compact so that if one person is sat at the desk you can't get past them because of the bed is in the way.

Perfect location. The room size was perfect. The property is a monument so that is pretty cool.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Att hissarna var dåliga ( en var ur funktion) musiken på rooftopen var för högljudd och mycket skränig trots tillsägelse skruvade man inte ner ( detta var under dagtid). Hade förväntat mig en större frukostbuffé

De lift duurt erg lang en is vaak overbezet.

Cama muito boa, limpeza otima. As camareiras atenciosas, gentis, carinhosas. Cafe da manha muito bom. O rapaz que ajuda com as malas é nota mais que mil, prestativo, educado, gentil, tudo de ótimo.

Recepção demora pra atender o telefone e achei o elevador muito demorado qdo chamado.

Excellent location. Right in the center of Barcelona with direct connections (metro, train bus) to the main tourist attractions; Superlative breakfast, very diversified and varied; Impeccable cleanliness! Very friendly and professional staff!

Everything was excellent. However, I have a recommendation: lift A requires maintenance because it is probably more in demand (Bar, swimming pool, apartments) it has quite pronounced tremors, which during the 7 days that I stayed, have amplified!

Excellent room. Clean. Spacious. Convenient location. Right on Plaça de Catalunya . Within walking distance of all shops and dining experience. Excellent experience overall.

The lifts were awful. Just terrible. With a hotel that’s so tall it almost makes it impossible to stay in. The staff whilst pleasant were not great. Breakfast forget, roof bar was a great scene but service was - again - not great.
