Problem with the taxi booking on the way back to the airport. Taxi was 20 mins late after prompting and I suspect the concierge had forgotten to inform the taxi company

Alla reception sono stata " accolta" da due addette molto approssimative, ho chiesto di poter prenotare al ristorante e loro non sapevano fosse chiuso ( tengo a precisare che avevo prenotato lì proprio perchè quando viaggio da sola non amo uscire la sera per andare a cena e preferisco cenare al ristorante dell'hotel), ho chiesto quindi come ovviare e mi hanno rimandato ad un loro collega perchè " più ferrato". In un hotel di una catena così importante, mi sarei aspettata un'accoglienza più professionale .

La posizione era ottima essendo in zona dove avevo appuntamenti di lavoro. La camera era molto comoda e pulita.

La colazione da migliorare, molto generica. Il bagno era piuttosto scomodo. In camera faceva molto caldo e non era facile cambiare la temperatura. Il receptionist al quale ho chiesto la fattura del mio pernottamento mi ha detto di scrivergli e non mi ha mai fornito la fattura.

We had a great experience and enjoyed every single day of our stay. The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts were generous and were worth the money spent. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and tastefully designed. I would like to thank the hotel for the wonderful time our family had there.

The lobby and the room were well maintained and clean. The staff was very supportive of our requests for luggage storage after check out and arranging taxi to the airport. The room had all the amenities needed for a short stay. Well connected by multiple bus routes.

Im Haus ist eine Bahnstation (Ferrovia) untergebracht. Die Züge sind unglaublich dreckig und sehen aus wie in den Siebzigern in N.Y. aber die nächste Station ist die eine Metrostation in der Innenstadt. Ab 10.00 fahren stündlich Kleinbusse kostenlos in die Innenstadt.

Die Familienzimmer haben Ihre Fenster richtung Innenhof. Da dort die Lüftungsmaschine untergebracht ist, ist es unglaublich laut. In den oberen Geschossen bei geschlosenem Fenster geht es. Die Parksituation ist sehr schlecht. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, die ist nicht weit weg, sauteuer, und hat eine abenteuerlich enge Einfahrt. Mobiliar im Hotel ist teilweise sichtbar abgenutzt.

The hotel is beautiful and well-located.

Same as in my other review: The hotel tried to overcharge me — twice. One of the attempts was unfortunately successful. Fortunately I realized it afterwards and now I am trying to get the overcharge back. They first tried to charge the hotel price a second time even though it had already been paid upon booking. When checking in the clerk apologized and said it was a „mistake“. Then upon checkout, they charged me twice the price of the city tax. I called the hotel and they acknowledged that it was another „mistake“ because the system sometimes does not work correctly. As a minor point, the shower in my room (503) was malfunctioning (drain clogged and on some mornings only boiling hot water as cold water pipe was not working). I will not come again. UPDATE: While the front desk had asked me to submit my request for reimbursement by email, to this day I have not heard back from the hotel (no answer to the email at all). I will now file a complaint with Booking to somehow get my money back. I do not recommend booking this hotel. But when doing so, I would try to monitor credit card receipts carefully to make sure they do not charge twice as in my case.

We received an upgrade to a beautiful suite, lovely rooms and spectacular bathrooms. Breakfast was exceptionally good.

Very lovely and helpful personnel, upon arrival the room got upgraded, which was nice gesture The premises at the hotel and the rooms were nicely air-conditioned which was a great escape from the outside heat The train station is next to the hotel which makes it easy to travel to the city centre

The water in the room which had a label "complimentary water" turned out not to be complimentary. Got charged for it (maybe there was a fine print which at that moment I did not see indicating that it is free only for the hotel club members or something?!). So be careful! Although the breakfast was of a decent variety, felt like something was missing The room had a coffee machine but not the electric kettle
