Nothing to like there.

Bed was very old and matrace was smaller than bed. Matrace was with pits, that you actually roll out of bed at night. They just made good pictures to get visitors. Hostel smells, if you are alergic its very bad. Breakfast was only cold food. Room was not cleaned between days of stay. Its not stylish at all. I would say it was an old granny style hotel. For that price you can stay at radisson with pools. At brakfest you have your own table like in prison, you cant chose breakfest tables. Its seems stuff there lives their lives there. Rooms dont have all pictures you cant see what kind of beds are there. You see only nice ones.

Unique design, friendly, but non-intrusive owners and good location.

The view of the mountains is beautiful and Tuscan toiletries are high quality.

We spend a few nights in the hotel in February 2021 I would not come back to this place nor recommend it to everyone. Please note that it was in the COVID period, however, we did travel during this time to other similar places (boutique B&Bs) and there is no comparison. I will try to be as factual as possible as I realize how subjective these reviews can be. 1. The cleanliness of the hotel is not acceptable - please refer to the pictures I am attaching. The room was dusty, the hairdryer was sticky, ect. 2. The staff - we only saw one lady (not sure whether she is the owner or staff member). She managed our check-in and breakfast and was visibly unhappy and passive-aggressive. There was really no hospitality or any type of welcome, which Polish mountains are so famous for. 3. Food - we were tempted to come to the place mainly because the food was so highly recommended. The coffee is poor quality and the coffee machine is old, the only Italian accent for breakfast were a few pieces of artichoke from a jar, the overall breakfast was rather miserable (store-bought bread, no eggs, just cold cuts, a few pieces of veggies, mozzarella cheese and said artichoke). Having tried breakfast we did not eat any other meal at the hotel. There is something fishy happening with Villa Toscana - the few reviews available on booking.com are impeccable and the hotel comes recommended in several travel blogs (like travelicious.pl) which I used to find reliable - and I am not sure whether to trust the reviews or blogs or Villa Toscana underwent a downward change.

It is a charming and stylish place, where we had a total escape from everyday life. We really enjoyed the delicious and fresh breakfast and dinner. The Host was constantly smiling and taking care of our comfort. Pleasant and good quality cosmetics available in the bathroom.
