Service and people are super excellent No real beach facilities, small rocky one, and basically they don’t use the “public one”, that’s the better one. In general terms the concept is too expensive for the offering. The wines “included” are cheap ones and the better ones you have to pay additional, with ridiculously increased prices. A 904 that the street value is $ 60, they sell in $ 187, by example. Same with food , is you want the “experience “of their best restaurant, meat one, you have to pay a lot. Don’t know about you, but when I choose an all inclusive concept with that price, i want to forget about consumption inside. Resumed it is a good experience, but too expensive It isn’t worth, there are best choices for less price And again people and service are excellent

My experience at the resort was one of the best i have ever had anywhere. The room was beautiful with a breathtaking view of the sea. The food was incredible and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

What a excepcional and beautiful resort to spend a comfortable and relaxed vacation. My husband and I spent 3 days and 2 nights accompanied by one of the staff members named Daurelin. She gave us a outstanding service. In the beginning of the trip she provided us a phone number to maintain a 24/7 contact throughout our stay and helped us in all aspects! The room, food and everything about this hotel was beyond incredible! Really a 10/10 experience would definitely recommend.

Where to begin….? Absolutely everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and that is an understatement. The magic that this place holds, specifically because of its people captivated me in every possible way; to the extent I decided to stay another day as I did not want to leave. I’ve traveled to many many places and hotels (non all inclusive and all inclusive) and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The attention to detail in every part of the hotel from the actual property, to the food and to the staff is simply magical. I want to give thanks to everyone at Cayo Levantado Resort for making our stay as unforgettable as it was. Special thanks to Angel (our ambassador), Jhen (who always picked & drop us off everywhere we wanted around the hotel with the biggest smile and most positive energy and attitude), the entertainment group (every single one of you), Durelin & Jeffrey, you guys simply rock! Lastly, the ladies at Yubarta, Mahalia & Daniela, you guys are light; kept us grounded to Mother Earth & helped us elevate our spirits seamlessly. Everything about this weekend at Cayo Levantado Resort was more than a dream come true and cannot wait to come back.

Employees very friendly and happy. I would have liked more music and fun during the day around the beach or pool. Little boring sitting all day without it! But beautiful for sure. Maybe more menu choices for casual meals at the pools and bars.

This is the island jewel in the crown of the Bahia Principe empire of resorts. Newly refurbished, it is the wonderful opposite of the Punta Cana drinkfests in its solitude, quiet, dignity, beauty, and healthy dining. The staff are superbly trained: unfailingly courteous, attentive, and capable. The chefs know their stuff. The grounds and rooms are kept clean and gorgeous. The gym is small but wonderfully equipped. The pools are splendid and the seating more than ample—the same goes for the beach. In fact, one might want a little less oomph from the beachside DJ and some of the nighttime restaurant musicians, as the vibe of the resort is of calm joy, not amped-up happy-happy. In general, though, quiet and considerate hospitality is constant every moment of every day. Specially chosen little gifts left in the room, a lunchbox for early departers (we flew in and out of Punta Cana, so we needed provisions for the 5-hour car ride), and a dozen other kindnesses seasoned an already exquisite experience. If you want what the website promises, Cayo Levantado Resort delivers—and how. We'll be back. For sure.

Private beach excellent food, friendly staff, super clean wonderful rooms The only con is the language barrier to fully understand English. Your in their country so you have w to respect the language there.

My wife and I travelled to Cayo Levantado to celebrate her 40th birthday. This 5-Star resort deserves all 5 stars! Every detail in the resort is well designed with a modern chic experience and provides luxurious amenities. Due to our work schedules, we only stayed 2 nights, and it was worth every penny. As soon as you arrive to the Santo Domingo airport, there is a 2.5 hour private transfer to the port of Samana. From the port of Samana a short 10 minute private boat transfers you to this private oasis. The island has beautiful beaches, crystal clear water fronts, pools and great cuisine. One of the standout features of this resort is the impeccable service. The staff members are some of the friendliest and most attentive individuals I have ever encountered. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest's needs are met, always with a smile on their faces. Whether it was arranging restaurant reservations, suggesting activities, or simply providing helpful tips, they were always there to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were personally assigned 2 ambassadors who were available to assist us 24-7 which made the trip stress free. Our Ambassadors names were Marco and Rosa, and they were absolutely amazing! The accommodations at Cayo Levantado Resort are nothing short of luxurious. My room was beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and style. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities provided.
