The carpet really needed cleaning. There were dead bugs on the windowsill and on the bench seat beneath the window. There were bugs crawling on the ceiling. One of the washcloths in the bathroom was old and ripped and looked like something that should be used as a cleaning rag. The carpets in the elevator needed cleaning. the carpeting in the stairwell was worse -- it was filthy with dirty footprints going up and down. Instead of cleaning the stairwell, the manager posted a sign on the front door imploring guests to clean their footwear before entering...and the sign had been there for a while. As for the breakfast, it was so minimal that you shouldn't even be advertising that you have one. As for the manager, it wouldn't hurt for him be friendly with customers, even just a little ...like sharing a smile. He clearly does not like his job and shouldn't be in that position. Lastly, it wouldn't hurt pick up litter around the outside of the building or pick the weeds.

The room was disgusting. Smears of something on a wall, mold in the shower and under the floor mat in the shower. The sheets and pillowcases were stained badly. Even the pillows themselves were disgusting. If you’re looking for something cheap and don’t care about the room cleanliness then this is the room for you. The only thing good was the free continental breakfast in the morning

Carpets were filthy, sheets & linens weren't real clean, holes in walls filled with toilet paper, very basic breakfast. The person at the front desk flagged me down when we left to shake me down for another $20 cash. He didn’t speak good English so I had a hard time undsertanding him but he basically said he was an additional $50 cc charge or $20 cash. Pretty sketchy.

Owner nice. Place is a fine overall stay. Great room layout but no real amenities. Small towels, flat stiff pillows and very simple breakfast options.

The room was nice enough the breakfast was low supply. Saw many people come down and didnt get any food. Had the sign on door and got many knocks before even check out. (Maybe people juat leave them up im not sure about all that) over all i woll not stay here again.

The room did not have a microwave, it was stated and pictured on the website. There was no play area as pictured on the website (and a main reason for choosing that facility) and the landscaping and grassy area were terrible! Lots of thistles! There was a constant beeping that started out at 5:30 am on Wednesday that kept going for 2 hours! I won't choose this facility ever again.

Clean property

The manager charged an additional $50 fee at check in that he said was mandatory and would be returned at checkout. He was not friendly. The Continental breakfast was not replenished - even when the orange juice dispenser was dispensing only water. When we checked out and gave up our keys, the manager dismissed us with only a have a nice day. We had to request the return of the mandatory $50 fee. We will not stay there again.

Every thing was with in walking distance. It’s right on the bike trail. Clean, great service. My only suggestion would be to have water available 24/7. Increase breakfast items. If you want room cleaned, ask at desk.

This place was horrible. The customer service was just awful and then I got to my room and my pillow case was full of mold. I took it down to the desk and they said they wash them that it was just color… .. no it b wasn’t. It was clearly mold or mildew And then we started to look around and the towel was horrible dirty when taking it up customer service they said we were just trying to get a free room. Really? Who does this. And now I got F they charged me $50 on my debit card I called them and they said it was a deposit.,.. no… we were never told there was bb s deposit. So I called them. They were so rude and hung up on us… so so bad! I do not reconnected place to anymore me. I’ll never stay at one again. I’m in the process of contacting corporate. I do not recommend.

Good stay other than all the towels were dirty and I read so many reviews saying that they asked for more and got charged so I only used what I brought.

clean, affordable, quite,safe. There was shampoo but not conditioner. (shampoo / conditioner in one, but that doesn't work for long wavy haired people.

Had a terrible time trying to pre-check. I asked to have charges on different card, provided the cc authorization form, that was confirmed could happen but actually not done. Then I was charged over $50 more than the Expedia receipt and no one explained why. The hotel manager came to the room at 8:30 in the morning, expecting us to be checked out, when I answered the door he gave me an attitude about not being checked out yet.

We were traveling thru the area, needed a place to rest/sleep for the night. The hotel stuff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast was alright. Not a lot of choices but it’s better than nothing. Would stay here again, if I’m in the area again in the ear future.

Didn’t empty trash in room the four days we were there. Had to ask and pick up towels. Didn’t offer much in the free breakfast. Supposed to have waffles but was out of order.

This by far was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Upon arrival to aDirty room our wash clothes looked like rags. Our vehicle broke down and had to find a last minute hotel. We arrived at almost 2am so they wouldn’t change our hotel room. We used the butler cart and forgot to put it in the hallway. 2 hrs later the RUDE hotel attendant came banging on our hotel door. As I answered he immediately started yelling at me unsure what he was yelling about I asked him to lower his voice. He continued to yell stating “you don’t own this cart” empty it NOW. I then asked him again to calm down and to stop verbally assaulting me. I emptied the cart and placed it in the hallway. He then came back 10 minutes later banging on the door again, I opened the door to him yelling at me and started to use profanities this time. I asked him again to stop assaulting me as I felt unsafe and was going to call the police. He responded “call the beep police”. They then charged my card a service fee with no explanation. They locked us out of our room unable to get back in. Unfortunately my child nephew was in the room. Checking out they pretended like they didn’t understand what I was asking when I asked to speak to an owner or manager. If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. I have never in my life been treated so poorly and felt so unsafe at a hotel. I have reported this to the better business bureau and Wyndham cooperate. Save yourself the headache DO NOT BOOK AT THIA HOTEL.

We had the mini suite and it was very nice. Lots of space to spread out, keep leftovers to warm up or make a little snack. Overall very quiet and clean. Recent uodates as well.

We have been staying here for 15 years. It is outside of the main area of town, but we like that. Besides, there is a Buffalo Wild Wings and a Boulder Tap House right there. Plus, now there are many convenience store options such as Kwik Stop, Casey's, etc. This has always been a "bare-bones" place for amenities; no pool, fitness room. Breakfast is very basic, with cereal, waffle machine, yoghurt, juice, etc. However, the area is clean, and frankly, I'd rather pay less per night than pay for all those things I don't usually use. What keeps us coming back is the mini-suite room. I love the small "kitchen" sink unit, with cupboards, mini-fridge, and microwave. Having a couch is such a plus, too. And the window seat is nice! Extras include an iron and board, extra pillows and blankets. We usually stay on the third floor (view, quietness); the elevator is very appreciated. The manager was very helpful when we needed anything. One thing we did find; we had booked via Expedia. When we needed to leave early, they would not refund for that night. After talking to the manager, we found that if we had booked directly, he would have not only matched (or bettered) the Expedia price, but he would have been able to credit our early departure. Next time, I will make sure to just phone this hotel directly!

Stayed here years earlier, its convenient for my needs in town. But the bed was trash, so shot, sleep was really hard to get. Supplies in bathroom and for coffee were not fully stocked. For the price and the rest of the suite being nice, it was disappointing to have a terrible bed. Doubt i will book here again.

Friendly staff, clean. A bit noisy.

Small room but clean, comfortable, and quiet. Just what I was looking for.

The breakfast was really lacking compared to previous times we have stayed there. Issue when we arrived with air conditioning not working. Was addressed and they got it working in s short time.

Overall it was good. In our room we had the air down to 60 and it still felt warm. There was a dirty bandaid left in our room from people before.

I stayed 4 nights and my trash was not emptied one time. I went and asked for trash bags and told the staff member that my trash has not been emptied he gave me 2 trash bags and said to leave the full bags in the hall. I was given clean towels 2 times and that was the only cleaning that was done during my stay. I checked out a day early but was not refunded any money. Also there was no refigerator or microwave in the room.
