We were very comfortable! Except for the last night it was just my husband and I sleeping there! The last night my cousin and her husband stayed as they were bringing us to the airport. They felt very comfortable as well! The house was spotless and well equipped for us! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there if we are to return!

Lori and Boyan were wonderful hosts. Their level of communication was excellent. Their place was both adorable and clean. The treats, wine and water left for our use added a special touch. The guest book provided not only additional information about the home but also activities in the area. We would definitely try to stay in this home the next time we are visiting family in the area!

The place was spotless and the hosts very accommodating. It has an amazing, quiet backyard with bunnies and plenty of room for kids to run. It was a great home away from home.

This house was so nice and clean, airy and bright. The sun room on the back was delightful whether it was sunny or we had raindrops on the skylights. A nice electric fireplace made it cozy in the mornings with coffee. The kitchen and bathroom nicely stocked with everything we needed. Really great.
The owners were super responsive all the way through our visit and we really appreciate it. Plus they seemed thrilled from the beginning that we had chosen them. We felt welcomed with open arms. They seem very sweet.
Great place to stay if going to a concert at the NOW Arena or if you just want to enjoy the north side of Chicago.

This house is adorable. In a quiet area of Schaumburg just minutes away from the mall and some nice restaurants. Three bedrooms all comfortable with modern fixtures. Comfortable furniture. The sun deck and back yard is great. The bathroom is really nice. Perfect location for small family or someone on a business trip who needs something other than the standard hotel room.

The place was immaculate, clean, modern and included everything you needed to make our trip comfortable. Lori and Boyan were exceptional in communication and ensuring we had everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully decorated, furnished and well-stocked home! We stayed with our adult children for a family wedding. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and was stocked with some essentials like coffee, shampoo and soap that is not always included in a vacation rental. The owner was very communicative and we felt right at home. The bathroom is small, but we knew this when we booked - and managed just fine with 4 adults. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

This house was really excellent and I highly recommend it. It had all the comforts of home and then some. All the finishings are beautiful, clean, calm, and modern. The back patio was a beautiful spot for morning coffee, listening to the birds singing. There is a sunroom that was perfect for yoga, and they even had a yoga mat in the closet! Everything I needed was easy to find, including new batteries for the tv remote. They really thought of everything here. Just one thing to know: this house is on a busy road so the sound of cars driving was constantly audible. However, this location made it easy to find, get to, and close to anything you could want. We even went for a nice walk to several parks from the house. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. Check in and check out was extremely easy. I loved it. Thank you so much to our hosts!

The property was a perfect location for our exploration of the Chicagoland area. The home had all of the amenities we needed and was convenient to catch the Metra from Palatine Station to Olgivie Station downtown Chicago! Thank you for sharing your quaint and cute home with us!
The only item worth mentioning is the ants. This is however common with homes built on slabs, so a minor issue.
