Most if all health and safety a huge issue!!!! An open balcony door with direct drop from sixth floor which had its handle snapped off so you were unable to lock it, I had five children in my party. Cola flavoured chewing tobacco left in sofa bed found by a three year old!!!! Lift broken we were on sixth floor two disabled children stairwell full of grime etc the table couldn’t fit our family around it, cheap plastic folding chairs stacked against the wall, notices all around the apartment threatening eviction if you made a noise to an autistic child this is a big red flag as they felt if they spoke the police would come and sirens were constant outside of the apartment my grandson was distraught 😭 no end in the curtain rail so when you open the curtain it fell onto the floor again scaring the children they simply had to leave- the pick up point from Antwerp for the keys changed this should be on the booking.com booking, when finally meeting with the ‘host’ promised the earth and he would be contactable and sent me details via watttsapp guess what he didn’t answer phone or reply to a message until 10:30 next morning (check out 11)🤬🤬🤬finally the front door to the apartment lock was broken we struggled to open the door once locked from the inside causing even more distress to our entire party. My son-law is an engineer and had to use a teaspoon to open the lock this apartment is a MAJOR BREACH of UK HEALTH AND SAFETY and should not be advertised on a uk site especially being let for family bookings. The dishwasher had its baskets removed again with a sticker saying it’s not part of the booking. My husband was on duty (police) at home and advised to remove the children immediately as I felt danger to their lives. One if the blue couches was stained with possible urine but I can’t be sure to what the fluid had been.

The living room area is huge. We did tomorrowland trip 5 persons. Location is close to central station, downstairs market which open almost 27/7. It was good experience

The noise was coming from everywhere. creaking floors and doors. You can't go to the bathroom and not wake anyone up. our reservation was for 5 people brought only two towels, we were waiting for three more towels until 11 pm. Oh the most important one key for all, no iron in the room and air conditioning, but the weather was okay we didn't need it.

City is alive all the day there.

The staff was not flexible at all with the check-in time. The floor of the apartment was not clean, neither the fridge with food of previous clients. I strongly recommend to clean the apartment and the common areas with dirt on the floor.

It was simple and fulfilling had a very peaceful stay

check in is located at other location than apartments, Be prepared to walk another 500 m. despite this, the keys were issued quickly and all information was provided by sending message on WhatsApp

when we arrived at the apartment to check in at 14:00, there was a cleaner in the room and we had to wait another half an hour until the room was cleaned. But it seems that wet cleaning was done a very long time ago. There are stains on the floor and the feeling that it is very dirty. The apartment is on the 6th floor, the elevator did not work, so I had to climb the steep stairs with my suitcases. Empty bottles and cans were strewn in the hallway. In the evening, a company of young people lived in the neighboring apartment, who screamed wildly all evening.

The bed was so comfortable, there was no noise thanks to the soundproof system, facilities are very new and location is central

Very bad smell, Sofa was not clean, and the entrance of the building was horribly dirty. Wifi does not reach the bedroom Collecting the key was done in a separate place which cost me more to go there

The apartment is really old. The floor was creaky and not very clean. In one bedroom the curtain was broken and we heart noises during all the night.

The apartment size is really nice. The decoration is like at my own place so I felt almost home. The temperature inside was perfect. It was very clean (if not mentioning the kitchen's balcony, there was really dirty but I think it was not cleaned specially to preserve the nest of some birds on the floor, so I would not clean neither or the birds would lose their homes). I enjoyed the view, the location is just perfect, good restaurants are close by, at night there are night shops just few steps from the building, some "fast food" are also open until late. The apartments are exactly like you see on the pictures but the sizes are even bigger than you can imagine. Mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Bathroom simply really big.

Nothing that I disliked. Was one of the best places I stayed when in Antwerp, specially in this price range.
