Alles was er van badjassen tot schoenpoets en wat ik ook heerlijk vond dat er gewoon 3 restaurants zitten

De shampoo en crèmespoeling…. en jammer dat de restaurants om 10 uur al dicht gaan wij kwamen namelijk van een hele lange rit en hadden ons verheugd op sushi wel was de andere bar open waar we toch nog een hamburger konden krijgen

ontbijt was prima, goed ontvangst, vriendelijke personeel.

in het grill restaurant gereserveerd via de receptie deze was niet goed aangekomen. wel vriendelijk ontvangst maar helaas een tafel gekregen waar we naast een jong stel zatten die alleen maar filmpjes aan het kijken waren met geluid. en daarnaast zat de dame een half uur te bellen. hier hadden de medewerkers wel op kunnen anticiperen. ik wilde bij de keuze van ons dessert bijna vragen of wij deze ergens anders konden gaan zitten. maar toen stappen ze op.

wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, da in allen Zimmern Ungeziefer war. Auch in den Betten. Zudem ist das Hotel zu groß und lieblos auf Masse getrimmt

First class room, outstanding breakfast.

We love this hotel and stay every August. The facilities are excellent (the pool, spa and kids play area are top quality) and the breakfast buffet exceptional value for money. We were upgraded to the new rooms, which have been really well done. To be fair, the older rooms are still great. Coffee machines in room are a great luxury touch. Staff are always helpful and courteous.

Gave a score of 9/10 as for second year running building works going on during our stay and mess in hallways wasn't ideal. As the hotel isn't cheap (especially dinner, which is pricey and slightly odd menu compared to what we would be used to in the UK) it's a disruption that has impact on overall experience. Fingers crossed all finished by next year.

Really nice room with plenty of space and very friendly, accommodating staff.

You can hear a lot of the noise outside, despite the heavy door. Not the hotel’s fault if people are lingering in the hallways but it was very annoying.

Room was clean and spacious.

- Unfriendly staff at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner): waiting for the order intake for drinks took 15min, but not due to lack of personnel, but rather chatting in front of obviously waiting guests. Nagger asking for the bill I was again sitting there for 15min - the bill came right away but no one where to pay. Quite strange. The young lady at the breakfast was super unfriendly and it seemed that she doesn’t like to be there. - pretty loud in the room due to rail tracks right next to the hotel

Restaurant first class. An excellent dinner with very good wines

The room was very good - albeit there was a bit of a smell when one first entered and that sometimes lingered. We couldn't ascribe this smell to anything in particular - drains, the bathroom or an external source. It was a little off-putting. We were visiting relatives nearby and thus we only slept and had breakfast in the hotel. The breakfasts were excellent and, couldn't be bettered for choice, quantity or quality.

We were not informed prior to arrival that there was extensive refurbishment work being undertaken on one of the bedroom blocks. The work didn't affect our stay but this was an unprofessional oversight on the part of the hotel - the drainage work associated with this refurbishment may have been the source of our smell. As a consequence of the refurbishment work we were given a 'sorry' card that entitled us to free coffee. We had breakfast included in our hotel costs and there were coffee making facilities in our room. Thus, in reality, this was a hollow and unused gesture on the part of the management,

Very nice room (Junior Suite). Good breakfast. Had some good dinner in the hotel restaurant "The Nest".

Bacon at breakfast could have been more crispy (sometimes more cooked than fried).

junior suite on the ground floor next to the train station is a nogo... really disappointed... even ground floor was horrible... cars were parked in our back entrance... juniorsuite too small... staff at the restaurant really unfriendly ... my boyfriend asked for the menu carte an some waiter rolled with his eyes and didnt bring the menu carte and so we left the restaurant's hotel...

The cottage room I stayed was too small and the cleanliness was not good. Not worth for the money I paid
