While the house and location was great. The response from property manager was slow and any problems not solved. The outside grill was not functioning and was told will be fixed but never was and our birthday celebration end up cooking and grilling on kitchen stove. On the day of check in we never got the code to get in the home so had to call to get it. The back patio were we sit had lots of ants which bit several of us. The house inside was great and location. Response to problems was non existent.

We love staying at this property! It was clean and had plenty of space we were provided with all the essentials for making our trip, comfortable and enjoyable! We had central access to the beach, the pool and shopping!

This home is beautiful and very nice with one little exception.... the bunk room DOES NOT have a door on it. That room is open to the second floor of the home. The bathroom closest to the bunk room is shared with the queen room in the middle of the second floor. The other bedroom on the second floor has a separate bathroom. We were able to get creative and make this layout work for us, but this is something that we were not aware of until the day before our trip. The refrigerator also had a hard time cooling all of our room temp drinks off (expected to some degree) and making ice. It's almost as though it was turned off until the morning of our arrival?? Hopefully other visitors won't experience that same issue since we reported it during our stay. Other than these things, I would definitely stay here again! The home is in a great location with access to a small community pool, and we really enjoyed our stay there!

This home was perfect for our group of eight and two dogs. Everything was as described and the location was central to the beach and shopping. The neighborhood was pretty quiet minus some construction going on. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, putt putt. A nice pool area is located in the community which was great if you didn't want to go to the beach. Everything to be cozy in a home away from home was here. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the wi-fi not being the greatest on the second floor. Friends staying in one of the rooms were unable to watch television without constant buffering. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Summer Salt! The house was clean, cozy, spacious, and had beautiful decor. We enjoyed walking to the pool, the Ruby Slipper for breakfast, and mini-golf for an evening activity. The house is in a prime location with easy access to the beach, grocery stores, fun and delicious restaurants, and tourist shops. We can't wait to return again in the near future!
