I’ve rented four times from the property manager, Jake. The property is close to the UND campus and shopping. It’s super quiet and the parking is free.

Came to Grand Forks to watch my nephew play hockey at UND. This was a great place for us (2 couples) as we both had our own bathrooms + laundry. Very convenient. Very clean and modern unit. We would recommend the hosts provide an information sheet with information for the wifi password, TV channels, how to check out etc. We were missing some things (TP, dish towels); however every time we reached out, the management responded quite quickly We would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. The beautifully decorated and spacious apartment provided a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Doug's exceptional hospitality and responsiveness made our experience stress-free. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home.
