Příjemný personal

První pokoj nabídnut bez okna a cca 9m2.Večer netekla voda,ráno jsme zjistil v postelích spoustu mravenců a museli se po jedné noci odstěhovat.

Very clean room and friendly stuff. they have with booking tricycles for us and even helped to hall down the bus. There is a restaurant downstairs and nice soups.

The room is a bit small, but comfortable

Personnel serviable, proposent voiture de loc directement à l’hôtel, bon petit dej, salle de bain agréable (douche avec pression et eau chaude) mais pas de rideau de douche, lit confortable, clim

Chambre un peu petite, pas de fenêtre, pas de rideau de douche, mauvaise connexion wifi, on ne capte pas non plus bien le réseau, chambre très mal insonorisée

No windows in the rooms

The customer service was awful, receptionist was really rude and hostile

-Hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption -Saubere Zimmer

Wir waren 2h früher da vor dem Check in (wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht) die Zimmer waren aber schon bereit laut der Dame an der Rezeption. Das dreiste ist, dass die Frau pro Zimmer 3€ verlangt hat (wir reden hier nicht von viel Geld).. als ich sagte das ich das unverschämt finde von Gästen sowas zu verlangen hat, sie gesagt sie gibt uns ein Rabatt und berechnet nur ein Zimmer dann. Es geht dabei nicht um die paar Euro, sondern darum das man das Gefühl bekommen hat, dass die gute Dame das Geld vllt selber einsteckt.. sowas ist nicht professionell.. entweder man sagt sry die Zimmer sind erst ab 14 Uhr bereit oder lässt es komplett sein.. das wlan ist auch sehr schlecht.. die Lage ist sehr weit weg vom Geschehen..

The breakfast included was nice and so were the staff

We had the budget room which is very budget compared to the others. If I stayed again I would pay the extra to have a nicer room and shower like the pictures

Good sized comfortable room and food in on-site restaurant was very good

The WiFi in the room was terrible. Kept losing signal and then stopped completely. Rooms aren’t soundproofed so can hear the staff coming in at 6am setting up the restaurant

Comfortable mattress and friendly staff. Rented a motorbike from the hotel, a little cheaper than from the other places.

No hairdryer. Beds had duvets, so you were roasting if you didn't have air con on ... not very sustainable as they seem to think. Breakfast was poor. Was surprised to be offered oranges and apples with no taste as fruit Philippines has amazing different fruit like Mango etc.
