The hotel is close to the Kleopatra beach... The price is cheaper than other hotels which are close by... The Restaurant space is bigger than The Restaurants of other hotel that are near by ....

poor breakfast, one has to pay extra for key card, poorly cleaned, poor Wi-Fi, the staff was accommodating and tried to help us as best they could. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Disgusting and dirty hotel with huge cockroaches , dirty bathroom! Feels like toilet was never clean . Towels with the holes very old one . No blankets to cover wile you sleeping ( they provide only bed shit to cover and also dirty with the stain and holes ) Cleaning of the rooms was acceptable , but they didn’t change towels and bedding even once for 8 days of our stay , not replenish shampoo ! Reception stuff is not helpful at all , anything you ask them they say: “ Is not my hotel I don’t know “ No private beach, ( how is mentioned in facility list), no safe box ( you need to pay everyday for it ) , no WiFi. Breakfast is the same everyday. Overall the stay was not comfortable and pleasure , was coming there only to sleep ! STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The hotel is close to the beach. The view was wonderful.

The room had non-functional air conditioning, the fridge was broken, the TV without a remote control and there was no water in the toilet. The towels were not white and were falling apart.

Location was great. Sea front, You can wake up in your bed and in 30 seconds you can be in the sea. Amazing !

The water in the shower was good. We got the room with the view.

We booked for 2 adult 1 child and we only got cheats and bath towels for 2 people. We came late, so they couldn’t help us. The fridge and air conditioner was only working when your card was in the room. So my son’s medicine (that need to be in fridge) and my medicine got destroyed. You can not expect that the fridge is/were cold. The tv in the room did not have any channels. We also asked for extra pillows because the one we had was flat and not comfortable at all. We have been on so many hotels in alanya but this one was the worst. Ofc we complain about it and the answer was, we don’t have staff. We checked out after 3 nights at this hotel and changed to another one.
