Great location, very friendly Staff.

There is no regular maintenance for the apartments. The toilet in the room is leaking and the apartments are not checked, that's bad. The utensils in the kitchen are old. The cooker does not heat up well. This is the second time I stay in this hotel. Nothing has changed for the better, the furniture is old. There are much better places than this hotel for the price

locations are near shops, restaurants and Cleopatra beach. Delicious food at restaurant and hospitality of the staffs at restaurant Angora.

AC is not working at our room and hard sofabed

The sofa bed in the living room was better than the single bed. The location was quite nice and close to the beach. The Ukrainian girl was helpful enough to bring the cleaning equipment to our room for us to clean for our sick friend.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL. - No cleaners after 5 pm so be careful if you have any issues. - Bed covering and pillowcases were not changed daily. - Extremely poor wifi - Very low lighting in rooms - No toiletries ( ie hand soap, no hand tissue air freshener) - No air condition in the living room, very hot. - Hotel Food tasted frozen, stale and not fresh for Turkey - Management gave us the cold shoulder quite often Finally, My friend was sick in the living room at around 6 pm. The reception person said the cleaners went home at 5 pm. We were forced to clean the sick with a flat mop and a brush. To clean the vomit we used the towels we were provided as we had no choice. They charged us around £25 for a few towels. It didn't feel like a guest should have been treated. It felt like we were renting an apartment rather than staying at a hotel.

Freezing cold. Kitchen not well equipped. Old furniture. Doesn't look like the pictures at all.

The hotel is situated in a very good location close to the beach. The hotel staff are very polite. The apartments are clean.

It was amazing! Very friendly hosts, ready to answer your questions and help with a smile! Rooms are clean, recently renovated, equipped with furniture and necessary utensils. You can not only cook in the apartment, but also visit the hotel's restaurant and taste local and European cuisine. The location of the hotel is excellent - 5 minutes to the gorgeous Cleopatra beach. The shopping area is also within walking distance. We were in Alanya by car, there were no problems with parking. We would like to return to the hotel again!
