Nothing! The worst place you could ever stay! Very dirty, even the towels were dirty! The bathroom was just terrible, everything broken (including the door that we couldn’t close, so there was no privacy AT ALL) we didn’t have hot water in the shower (the first day we didn’t have water at all, I had to go to the “reception” with the towel full of shampoo to get it sorted out). The windows were broken (with holes) and we asked them to fix them and they just put some paper on the holes and said it was fixed! Very noisy at night. Plus every night we had a different guest in the room (insect) because of the holes in the windows. We asked a few times our money back or just to sort us in a different hotel, but they refused (even though we had booked with free cancellation). The only “good” thing is that it’s next to McDonald’s! Booking shouldn’t be cooperating with this “hotel”

Great last minute booking. The check in was smooth, and the host very accommodating (he is such a hard worker). Brilliant massage place opposite too, after a long day swimming and walking. I would recommend walking back one day and grabbing some fruit from the stalls on the way up

The sheets were clean and it was close to a fast food chain. Close enough to town. They let us check in early.

1. The air conditioner was poor and takes so long to cool the room. 2. The sink in the family room was leaking during our whole stay and nothing was done about it. 3. The triple room smelled like sewage. They “cleaned” it up but it still smelled after. 4. They did not provide slippers for the rooms despite requesting so many times. 5. The water supply kept getting cut off and without notifying the guests. One guest forgot to turn off the tap because the water was not flowing. This flooded their room and the others including ours. We were surprised when we returned in the afternoon that the air conditioners in both rooms were on even though we turned them off so people have been inside even after we told them not to enter without telling us. I guess they were cleaning up the mess from the flooding. But nobody told us this! We only found out when my aunt discovered that her clothes inside her bag were wet and we asked reception about it. It’s lucky it was only clothes and not gadgets or other valuables. Our flight was the next day and we were so stressed trying to dry off everything!

We loved our stay at Jewel’s! The property is immaculate and so comfortable. The staff are the nicest people around! Great rooms, cold AC, fast wifi, close to town. Easy to book tours and transportation at the front desk. We loved staying here.

Really clean and comfy beds, we were upgraded to the king room for free as it was my partners birthday which made our stay even better. Only a short walk or tricycle away into town with everything easily accessible. 24 hour security and free water refills. Highly recommend this place!
