Nice lication in quite place, with green garden with flowers. Very beautiful house with friendly stuff. Rooms are clean and cozy, all bathrooms are great, lounge area like in home 🏠 We love atmosphere here, feel ourselves like at home. Rebecca cook for guest fresh muffins for breakfast- it was so nice! Also she provides breakfast with coffee milk cereal. I definitely recommend this place !

I stayed at LB Homestay from Auckland while visiting the University of Waikato for an interview. This was the perfect place to stay and it exceeded all expectations. Rebecca is just the kindest, most thoughtful and welcoming host, and takes beautiful care of the homestay and the grounds. The setting was serene with her lovely garden and the room was well-set up and very neat and clean. Rebecca made muffins for breakfast for guests which were delicious!! And there was fruit and instant noodles, coffee, tea, hot chocolate available all day, as well as a full kitchen to prepare things. I will absolutely book again next time I come down to Hamilton :)

Rebecca was great. Had her husband drop us off at FMG stadium and pick us up after game. Very lovely accomodating couple. Highly recommend. Nothing was a problem for her. Definitely be returning

The host was super helpful, and didn't get in my way as I travelled for business. Even though food was not included, but the host was kind enough to offer me free fruit for breakfast after knowing I was in a hurry for a meeting. I would come back again at the next trip.

The location was excellent as it was close to the Event Centre at Claudelands where we were attending the darts. The host Rebecca taxied us there as well. Rebecca also cooked us (for a little extra $ but great value for money) a lovely breakfast the next morning which we had pre-arranged. The property is set up to host a number of guests in different (secured) rooms with shared facilities which suited us. We met most of the other guests who were all very friendly.

Rebecca, the host, was very kind and helpful. The House was very clean and had everything you need.

It is quite a bit away from the city center, for people wihtout a car that don‘t want to walk I recommend the electric scooters.

Could not find fault with the B&B such a warm friendly and welcoming atmosphere and beautiful home. Thank you Rebecca for making our stay a memorable and enjoyable one.
