Close to airport, new, very clean. Quiet location.

Breakfast was very busy. Many foodstuffs (milk, yogurt, eggs) ran out early and were not replaced. First day we came down at 8 am (breakfast was 7 to 10) and we didn’t get a lot to eat. Not a lot of breakfast staff. Those there were over worked. Following days we came to breakfast right at 7 and got a good breakfast.

First time staying here, check in staff was so friendly and welcoming. Room was really nice and well furnished, the bathroom was a great size, very clean, well stocked and nice lighting. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was terrific, so many options Bonus was the EV charging stations for free! We'll definitely stay here again

Accessibility for wheelchair was not planned well. Location of towel rack under sink prevented wheelchair access.

I was charged for the first night on the credit card used to hold the room when booking which I understood would not be charged until I was at the hotel. than the entire stay was put on a different card after I got there . I brought it to their attention that they charged me twice for the first night and they said it would be returned to my card. That was 2 1/2 months ago and we still did not get the money returned. Not impressed!

Breakfast was hot and delicious; rooms were very clean, especially the bathrooms. The showers were clean and had lots of products for use available.

Reception check in was easy. Ditto for the check out process. Our room had excellent air circulation and was spitspot clean. A Housekeeping staff member went out of her way to help us to our room with the luggage cart and also returned it to the front for us. It's these little kindnesses that stand out and beckon us to stay at this hotel again.

Although the tub was low enough, we could not use the tub or shower because there were no grab bars for safety.

After a long day of kayaking and travel, we were greeted by a warm, welcoming, and professional front desk staff member - really a standout professional who went above and beyond! The modern room offered great comfort and amenities. The included breakfast was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel.

only thing shower soap was out so had to use the simk soap as they are attached to the walls ..

Near new hotel so very clean and tidy. Great to have breakfast onsite included although it increases the room price even thought they say 'free breakfast'. Large range of options from cooked to toast and cereal. Very friendly staff. Two comfortable beds in our room. Free parking.
