Beautiful, Remodeled Penthouse Unit in Old Town!
Esta casa de vacaciones tan agradable en Chicago te permitirá disfrutar de todo tipo de actividades. Estarás a solo un paseo de Chicago History Museum y Second City. Descubre otras zonas y adéntrate más en Chicago: estarás a 6 min a pie de la Estación de metro de Sedgwick y a 11 min de la Estación de metro de Clark-Division, de modo que coger el metro te resultará muy sencillo.
La cocina está equipada con horno, placa de cocina y frigorífico, además de cafetera y tetera, microondas y utensilios de cocina. Disfruta del wifi y de la televisión. Pros: location, clean. Lots of beds
Cons: entry to apartment is super sketchy. Dark and dangerous at night. The hallway to the apartment dirty.
Noise is quite loud for 5am garbage pickup.
Furnishings very tired. Strong maple odor throughout the apartment during whole stay.
For price we paid i was expecting it to be nicer.
Location is great and it was clean. Just not worth the price point.

This rental was a great location and comfortable for our large group of 9- could have easily fit more. The apartment itself is very no frills, but easy to find, spacious, and a good deal. Dan was very responsive.

Overall the place was ok. The bathrooms were not the cleanest, there were remnants of the previous guests. If the sink ran for longer than a minute the water backed up into the other side and into the dishwasher. The air vents had a nice layer of dirt/particles on them. It would have been nice to have access to a broom and/or vacuum just in case as well.

This property is huge for a city apartment. Our family of 5 (two parents, three kids) had plenty of space. The newly updated kitchen is very pretty. It is a short walk to many restaurants and Lincoln Park Zoo. The property manager was very responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

It was super easy to get to. Great location right in old town. Just a couple blocks from the park and an easy walk to the lake. Definitely a good price and exactly what we needed.

We loved the location and cleanliness of the property. It’s in a great safe location for getting just about anywhere in the city. There’s a parking garage across the street that you can get great deals with using Spot Hero. The unit was obviously recently renovated And worked out great. Lots of beds and space!

The apartment had plenty of space. The kitchen could use more cooking items. To enter the building was a little tricky for us. You have to enter a narrow alley between buildings and up stairs to get to the unit. Both of those were slightly difficult while carrying luggage and a large cooler.

We had a wonderful time staying at Dan's property! It is in a great location next to all the happenings in Old Town. Highly recommend this gem.

The place was excellent size for a group of 12. The communication to the owner was great. The location is nice. Its a short walk to a bus stop and Lincoln Park. There was a problem with the hot water and the owner immediately contacted someone to fix it. The only thing that needs to improve is the kitchen utensils. The kitchen has nice appliances and room to cook but was lacking some necessary items. If you want to eat out or just eat breakfast there it is fine. If you want to make meals they will have to add some items. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 for the overall rating.
