Perfect place to stay while your family enjoys Spokane’s downtown shopping, restaurants, and events!

We only got to stay for one night, but it was a good one! We had a couple families who spent the day at Silverwood so we checked in late and were ready for showers and a late dinner of takeout pizza. Oh, and we had three teenagers in tow. They loved the downstairs, it has its own full bath down there and let them be really autonomous for the evening. The upstairs was great for the adults. Each bedroom has its own tv, again great to be able to decompress in privacy. Had everything we needed: washer dryer, every kitchen appliance you could want, plenty of space. And is only a couple minutes to a Safeway for the things we wanted to grab for breakfast. This would be a great place for several days with a family.
As an architect, I also have to say this is a lovely remodel of a classic mid century home. Some classics like built in cabinetry have been kept while new amenities (like a modern kitchen and opened up floor plan) have been incorporated.
Highly recommend, and if we find ourselves in the area in the future we will definitely seek to stay here again.

8 of us guys very much enjoyed the VRBO and really enjoyed coming back from our day of golfing and relaxing on the back patio!

Space was the perfect size for our group. Nice javing the rooms upstairs for those that couldnt easily do stairs. The game room and theatre were nice addition too.

Our group had a wonderful stay. The property worked very well for our group of 9 giving us lots of different areas to hang out. The kitchen was amazing! It was very well stocked with everything we needed. Our group enjoyed the theater room and game room. What a fun place to stay!! The house was clean and nicely furnished. We found Ryan & Lucas easy to work with and they were very accommodating to our needs. Thank you both for making our stay a great experience. We would stay at this property again.

This property was amazing and the hosts were SO accommodating. Super comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, awesome setup for kids and the whole family, beautiful, thoughtful in every way and very clean. 1000% would recommend and will be staying here again. Our group of 6 stayed here for a brief night on our way to a project. The perfect reprieve. Easy access, comfortable bedrooms with TVs in each room and a great space to relax downstairs. Just what we needed and then some.

I wish I could give this stay a 10 star rating. I’ve stayed in VRBO homes for years but, this property takes the experience to a higher level. The amenities were so extensive we were all surprised. I’m from New York and visit family in Idaho for the holidays. We’re already planning our stay here next year. A big plus was the fenced in backyard so it was safe to let the dog outside to roam. Thanks for sharing your home with us Ryan.

Right from the start the house has everything we could need. The arcade and movie room kept the kids entertained for hours. Those two rooms were the highlight of their trip. Plenty of room for everyone with a great layout. We will recommend this home to anyone going to Spokane. The host reached out in the morning to let us know we could check in earlier since the house was ready.

We had a wonderful stay with a large family group and 3 dogs. The rooms were spacious, and lots of sleeping accommodations. The arcade room and stocked games cabinet provided a lot of entertainment over the holidays and the theatre room was really nice. There is a giant island and additional under the cabinet fridges for drinks which made serving a big dinner very easy. Even though it was winter we did hang outside on the large patio space drinking coffee. I could see this as a great entertainment space in the summer. The host was very responsive and we had a great time.

We were a multi-aged group of family and friends. The accessibility of the main floor was great for our elderly crew, the downstairs was full of fun for the youngers, the well-stocked kitchen made it easy to keep everyone fed.
We also appreciated the open layout, while still having spaces that allowed for quiet conversations, even when the kids were playing, and not so quiet.
The owners were super easy to communicate with, and very helpful!

Well furnished and supplied home. We had a great stay with family and friends. House was large with plenty or rooms and great entertainment. Large movie and game rooms. Small details matter like each bedroom included sound machines and multiple charging stations were available throughout the house. Kitchen was well supplied including spices and we were delighted to discover a Blackstone grill available on the back patio. It was a great house just a bit farther away from our venue than we would have liked.

Everything was exactly as listed. Game room is very cool, wish we could have used the theater room. Might stay here again just to spend some more time in those rooms!

This was the most amazing place for us to stay. Family from Indiana, Texas, Illinois and Oregon. 8 adults and 5 kids. A perfect place for us inside and outside. I could not have wished for anything better. Hosts were awesome to work with and able to let us in early and out later to accommodate our flights! 10 stars was not an option or I would have given it

This house was perfect for our families to stay together. The game and movie rooms are an amazing perk and we got full use out of both. The house is also close to restaurants and grocery stores.

From beginning to end our stay was and our whole VRBO experience was great! We felt welcomed & everything was easy! The home is clean, spacious kitchen & living spaces plus plenty of bedrooms w king size beds plus an arcade/play room for littles and a movie room. This house works for all ages! We felt grateful to be there & enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing house both inside and out. It couldn't have been a better place for our family who stayed and for relatives who came to gather to visit and eat after our celebration of life. There was lots of room to gather in large and small groups. Kitchen area was amazing. Huge counter for food, drinks, for sitting and standing around. Loved having the grill and Blackstone. Supplies in cupboards were wonderful along with spices, and left over condiments in the refrigerator - which we used and appreciated. Basement with theatre/ movie area was great and used with the kids - and the microwave/ microwave popcorn with popcorn containers was definitely a hit! Thank you. Loved the location of the house, also to stores, little food places, etc. We especially appreciated the owners working with us. We loved our stay. A super find for us and we wish you the BEST!

As soon as we set foot in this space it felt, warm and welcoming. Every detail and all the amenities we needed were there! So much space for the kids to play and they loved the theatre room. It was an amazing experience.

This is an amazing place! By far one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed at. There were 8 of us passing through on the way to a houseboat vacation and spent one night. Ryan and his brother (the hosts) were amazingly prompt with responses and extremely helpful. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, lovely decor and an awesome back yard. Nice quiet neighborhood. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a lovely property. Plenty of room for our large group. Lots of entertaining space. Open kitchen/living with 2 different sitting rooms. TV in every bedroom. Kids enjoyed the theater/ bunk room. Outdoor patio had plenty of chairs for all our guests. Not to mention the 2 outdoor grills. Neighborhood is nice and quite with plenty of off the street parking. Very clean. Lovely home. We will be back. Ryan was very responsive before and during our stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
