It looked fantastic but last minute change of plans as event was cancelled but looking to book again it loos lovely from the photos.

The shower pressure was good, check in was easy, bed was comfortable.

Infested with flies, dodgy area and other guests (parties and shouting in the other flats and in the entrance hall, lots of weird comings + goings and lots of staring). Stank of old cigarettes and zero communication from host after I told them this.

Everything ok

For us the Location was Ok. We had to travel on short notice and there was not much else on offer. The kitchen is new and nice the bathroom is ok but a bit small.

We have been in Apartment 1 just the one with the window to the street. The noise was constant, sleeping on that bed sofa was impossible until 3am when the there was less trafik. We found two lighters and lots of dry food when opening the bed sofa. We reserved for 3 people (extra cost of more than 70€) but we had only 2 Towels. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, no sheets no blankets. It was very cold at night. The next day I bought myself a lovely cosy blanket. When the sofa bed is open, there is no more space to move around in the living room/kitchen. My two teenage sons shared the double bed in the bedroom which luckily was more quiet but not very spacious. One of the blinds in the living room was broken so there was light all night. I spent two awful nights there and will not go back.

The apartment needed a good clean.. sofa was filthy and needed updating.. there was paint or markings all Over the bedroom walls!!

Nothing.. would not go back or recommend

Location and parking

Very nice little apartment, enjoyed our short stay, had most of our needs met Owner polite and helpful when I had to get in touch Neighbours next door very friendly and approachable despite the nature of the business next door which isn't always well seen Off street parking with ground floor apartment was ideal for multiple in&outs Close to local shops and park, short driving distance from the city centre & port Very good place to have somewhere to sleep&shower and not waste time indoor

Didn't like is much said but there are some things that could improve the place Light on the ground corridor going on and off all night, even with the curtains pulled the light was annoying In regards to cleaning, I would say it could be done better than surfacing - bathroom was clean Based on the condition of the sofa and chairs, I bet the no pets policy wasn't adhered to It would've been nice to have access to a brush or mop, can't stay 24/7 în your shoes and taking them off meant I changed 4 pairs of socks in less than 2 days We had our own bedding as we always do, nothing wrong with the one provided but didn't had that "clean" smell or touch TV remote wasn't working but as others said, the TV wasnt even set for channels WiFi password wasn't provided but that's okay, we have mobile data No USB sockets - forgot the charger at home and had to charge the phones in the car The toaster was setting off the fuse on the board, didn't used it As others said, the bedroom floor upstairs is squeaky Overall it was a nice stay for the purpose of the visit, definitely not avoiding the place next time We decided to leave in the last night but this had nothing to do with our stay, other factors contributed to this decision I hope the owner will find this review constructive and make the place better

Bed against wall no mirror in bedroom TV not receiving normal channels not suitable for older guest. States no smoking but could smell smoke and there is an ashtray in kitchen? Car parking drive not suitable for a slightly larger car.
