No one to meet us just a text to tell us where to go. No book on the property (appliance instructions). The linen was very discolored to almost grey. Stayed there 4 years ago and it was 110%. Such a shame things have changed

Awesome last minute booking. Easy and efficient. Loved the service and area was perfect walking distance to everything you need from food shops to barbers to super market to taverns 🍻. Perfect for my very first time booking my own motel experience. Loved it.👍🏼

Nothing it was an overall great experience and i really enjoyed it.

The size of the rooms and the quietness.

Curtains need renewing. The area outside the entrance door needed to be swept and tidied. The build up of debris around the door did not give one a good impression on arrival.

I booked online. I did not see any option for selecting ground floor for wheel chair access. No note or confirmation in the room to indicate it was the room for me.

it sure had the wow factor. the only minus, was the noisy fridge in the middle of the night. For the rest: I could live in that suite / room, no problem at all. Best Motel ever, and I've stayed in lots

The room was very spacious and had lots of amenities which my partner and i appreciated. Great room for parking and easy access to our room throughout the evening/morning. Quiet too.

We had issues with the spa bath and an odd material coming out of the jets. Other than that the room was great

The location was excellent. Value for money.
