Great location and the staff were super nice and accomodating.

Unit clean and comfortable. Easy walk to dining options. Staff were very friendly.

The most important part of an overnight stay is just that overnight means (comfortable and clean bed) The bed was fabulous in the unit we stayed in and the rest was comfortable and welcoming. The greetings and helpfulness of the staff was also faultless. For the apartment I stayed in I give it a 5 out of 5!

Well located close to restaurants, parks, across from water (ocean), good walks on the esplanade and is positioned between major shopping centre at Pialba and the Urangan Pier. The Hotel itself is in need to be updated or refurbished, but is quite roomy and comfortable with secure underground designated parking and friendly staff.

Bed and lounge were great. Standard TV channels were reduced to allow for additional Foxtel channels.

Very good value for money, clean and host where very nice . Under new management from the week before and few little think that they where going to look after. We had a unit on the 3rd floor, opposite the beach but behind the trees.

This property was great. Plenty of room to move around in. The wifi was excellent, didn't drop out & usable compared to some other places.

Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Some of the furnishings were a bit worn and old. Bathroom and shower were small. Bed was small but comfy. Guests upstairs were bouncing ball very annoying. Advised manager who looked into it promptly, it stopped for a day or so then started again. Didn't want to complain again just put up with it.

Rooms were clean, hostess was very helpful and friendly. Great spot for walking to the beach and the strip .

Stayed over Christmas period. Very quiet, staff were great. Fairly good value for money. The room could have been cleaner. I don’t think they have vacuumed behind the lounge or bed for a very long time. The bathroom had some mould. The tiles and paint were not in very good repair. The air conditioners smelled when on. They need cleaning. I would stay there again.

A great place to stay. So close to everything. We were greeted very well and given all the information of nearby facilities. Unit was clean and was very well equipped. Would highly recommend for a stay of any length

The lady at reception and running the ace did her absolute best to make us welcome. It is unfortunate that she was the highlight of the accommodation. The units are really dated and require moving out of the 1980's. Couches are worn and dirty. The sign out the front advertises Foxtel, but this is non-existent. The rendering (plaster) on the ceiling is falling away. You leave the room for the day and return to find white powder (and plaster chunks) on the couch and coffee table. It is supposed to be a non-smoking accommodation, but the people upstairs smoke on their patios and drop their ash and butts on the lover balconies. There isould on the roof in the bathroom )shower. Lots of chipped and cracked tiles. Like I said, best part of the accommodation is/was the manager and even she has had enough and is finishing up on 10/08/2020 because she is frustrated by the lack of moving forward on behalf of the owners. Wouldn't takeuch to fix, just a bit of care and attention (and a few $) and you'd be set. Saddened by the experience.

We stayed in a well equipped and comfortable 1 Br ground floor unit. There was a problem with the ceiling lining, which the manager said was being fixed. The unit was just across the road from the bay and adjacent to Maddigan's great fish & chip shop.

The apartment was very central and close to the beach, shops and cafes. We stayed in an apart on the second floor which was a nice size and well equipped but could have done with a tidy up and a good clean especially the bathroom.

White Crest is in just a great position - right across from the beach. Easy walking distance to Torquay shops and also very convenient to Scarness shops too. Our 2 brm unit was very spacious with a garden view which was very pleasing with no-one looking into your apartment. We will visit again soon!!

Great position, light spacious and spotless. Good cafes close by. And right opposite the beautiful beach at Hervey Bay.
