Outside our door you can hear the fountains and see the pool. This is a very relaxing condo with everything you could need. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for our group. We slept better here than we do at home! We will definitely be back!

Great accommodations!

We enjoyed our stay at Legacy Villas very much. We were there for a wedding in late Oct. The proximity to all of our events was perfect. The condo was clean, spacious and very well stocked. The patio on the back side was a lovely place to sit and start the day with a coffee and relax in the evening with a glass of wine. Everything was as advertised and we really enjoyed being so close to the main pool! Lovely neighborhood to walk around in as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for family

Spent 6 nights here with my daughter and bff. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a real treat. The property was just as described. Clean, comfortable aNd right next to the pool. The outside area is a great place for morning coffee or relax and get out of the sun. I will definitely be back.

The space is amazing. We were 6 family members and there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. We can't wait for a next getaway at this amazing space.

We came yo Indian Wells for a dance competition and renting this vacation home was the best decision we made. We all had our own room and bathroom. It was great relaxing after a long day from competitions. We loved that we were able to wash our daughter‘s costumes without having to look for a laundromat. We felt very safe because there was security at the entrance to the villa.

There were no surprises. Overall Skip delivered all that he advertised.

We visited Palm Springs with two families for spring break. This condo was the most convenient location to the family pools. There was plenty of room for our party, extra blankets and pillows provided and a full kitchen. Skip was very accommodating and very easy to get a hold of for any questions asked. Check in was a breeze. We spent most of our days at the pool, took walks around the gorgeous property and drove a short distance in to town for dinners. Our vacation was a dream, we can’t wait to return to this condo!

We had a great time with our California family, plenty of room for all of us!!! Beautiful scenery around us! Great communication with Property manager . Will definitely return next year!!!

Would not recommend No privacy on any of the patios Stained carpets Kitchen needs a lot of tlc

This was the perfect property for our Christmas get-away. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. There were even some spices left by previous visitors. The master bedrooms were great for my adult children and their spouses. It was my 3 month old grandson's 1st Christmas. Because of the double doors leading to the master suite near the living room, it was quiet enough for him to sleep while the adults were making noise in the other part of the condo. We had fun taking the little one to the swimming pool ... even though it was only to stick his feet in the water ... then to put him in a little rubber boat while the rest of us enjoyed the hot tub. The location of the condo was not far from Trader Joe's, Costco, and other grocery stores so we easily bought groceries for our stay. The weather was great! It was snowing in northern California ... and we were able to enjoy the pool in La Quinta. It was a perfect place for our family Christmas vacation.

Our family of four, with two little guys, had a great time. Loved being right next to the main pool. This is a small quibble but would have loved a newer nicer barbecue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our group included three couples, we found the villa provided privacy for each of us as well as plenty of room to be together. We loved the kitchen facilities and enjoyed meals together. It is a nice quiet setting and beautiful view of the mountains. We never had time for the pool but it was located right out our patio doors. We look forward to another winter getaway in the dessert. The only thing we felt could be improved would be having a mirror in the third bedroom as the bathroom is across the hall. Skip did a wonderful job helping us secure the villa.

We had so much space in this unit. Beautiful grounds, and this was the best location on the corner close to the pool. I could sit on my patio and watch my boys in spray fountains and pool. And the pool was heated. The beds were so comfortable too. It had everything we needed for my family of four and had a another family join us for a couple of nights as well.

We had a fun last minute trip out to La Quinta and were so happy we chose The Legacy villas! The villa was very spacious which was perfect for the kids! We loved hanging out at the pool and bringing our own snacks and drinks there which helped save some money! We are looking forward to coming back!

This was a perfect place to stay for the long weekend for me and my family. Josh was very helpful and prompt with all responses. The condo is spacious so gave my 18 months old plenty of space to run indoors. That's not including all of the outdoor space she was able to utilize. It's right next to the pool so no need to get up early to reserve seats etc - we had our own little private area. Great BBQ equipment. lucky to have had a garage as the car got far too hot parked outside. It's a perfect place for a family with little ones. The zoo is a short drive away. Ideal day out. Definitely coming back!

We try to get to Legacy Villas once or twice a year. It is my favorite place to vacation. Plenty of places to hike if you like or just enjoy your family or relax by the pool.

Our party of 5 had a Great stay here in La Quinta. Skip was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We stayed for 9 beautiful days in this comfortable condo. Location great near supermarkets and shopping also walking distance to the La Quinta resort. The pools are right outside your door and no problem hearing any noise from that area. We had a wonderful and We would love to return and rent this condo again.

This was a great Labor Day vacation. We have stayed in many places in Palm Springs and this one was by far the best for the price. Skip was so accommodating to all our needs. My whole group enjoyed this resort very much. And our condo was right by the pool and yet we had enough privacy we didn't hear anything going on in the pool. My only negative was the kids pool area was not working for some reason, but they enjoyed the wading pool anyway.

First of all, I should preface my comment by saying I have visited and stayed at several of the condos at Legacy Villas over the last several years. My wife and I love our peaceful getaways from the city to La Quinta and LV (Legacy Villas, not Las Vegas haha) offers that in gangbusters. That said, we were very pleased with our most recent stay at this particular unit. It is located right next to the pools (great for kids, although we do not currently have any) and fitness center. Whenever we wanted to get our exercise in the morning, all we had to do is step outside. Another great thing about the location, though, is it is located at the edge of the pool so you don't have to worry about excessive noise or foot traffic going by your back patio. Not sure how it would be during the high season when there are more people at LV, but this was our experience in any case. As for the unit itself, it is very well-appointed in the living room and bedroom areas. Kitchen had every furnishing we needed, which pleased my wife because she loves to cook. The property management company, Good Life, was easy to work with for checking in. We never had to contact them during our stay (thank goodness!), but they seemed very on top of things. Definitely would come back to this unit if it is available. And would also recommend Legacy Villas to anyone who has never visited. Shops and restaurants are only a few miles away, and is perfect for relaxing.

My family has stayed at the resort yearly for the past eight years. As always we had a terrific time. A few things you may want to look into: why does the tiny room have the king bed and the large room have a full (not even a queen). Where did the hammocks disappear to and lastly someone really has to look into the air conditioner unit. When it kicks in, it is so loud that it wakes you in a startle as if a bomb has been dropped ( no joke)

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Clean. Well-maintained. Casual luxury. Just lovely. Favorites: The two master bedrooms each have their own private entry and patio lounge, and mini-bar with mini-fridge and sink. It's like having two bedroom suites plus extra bedroom inside a big condo. Yay for privacy! I love my family but sometimes I just need SPACE. It's also on the first floor, which I prefer. Kitchen is nice and spacious enough, and the living area has a big TV screen! We didn't use the giganto bathtubs because of the current drought, but ooooh, they looked so inviting! Also thankful that we could park the car inside the small garage to protect it from the desert sun. Lots of closet space and tons of towels. We swam in the pools everyday, and definitely made use of the washer/dryer. SO convenient. Oh, and the pools are naturally sun-heated, and stay warm even after sundown so we went night swimming alot! The condo is right next to the main pool, with a view of the kids area, but far enough from the main action so that noise is kept to a minimum. The kid pool is huge and only 3 feet at its deepest. There's a wade-in entry to the pool, like a beach but without sand, which was great for little toddlers and a grandma that has trouble with steps. If the activity of the main pool is too much, there is a semi-private pool less than 50 yards away that was always quiet and never occupied, plus 5 feet deep. I preferred to go there to have a solo, indulgent swim. The fitness center was state-of-the-art and I really loved just walking and exploring all the paths around the complex. It felt like we were far away from everything, but Trader Joe's, Walgreens and restaurants were just a 5 minute drive away. Felt very safe inside this gated and guarded complex. Saw a mix of laid-back retirees, romantic couples and well-behaved young families. The Good Life guys are great. Skip is especially helpful and very down-to-earth, a really nice guy. We felt well taken cared of.
