Hotel was quite easy to find and in quiet location.
Rooms were not the cleanest ones. They asked additional money for the parking, but we had to park on the street.

There is no soap, water, coffe, cattle, refrigurater and bath towels.

there is no support for disabled people or those with kids in strollers. parking was little far from entrance.

Everything is quite good. It is clean, there is almost everything you need, except maybe an electric kettle in the room.
The knocking of the door is very audible, and the neighbors are very audible. They do not observe "quiet hours", no one holds the door, it is very noisy

The interior of the hotel is somewhat outdated.

The breakfast was a very nice buffet staffed by friendly worker. There was a vending machine on site to get snacks. A beautiful bridge was nearby. It was close to transportation but close to water, a bridge and lots of trees. Very peaceful environment with friendly staff in a clean atmosphere.

My mom was staying there before her flight, Their stuff was wonderful, everything was clean and nice 👍
liked everything, except for the location, there was no good supermarkets nearby and Żabka that was the closest had the most bad customer service possible, but that’s definitely not up to hotel🙁

It was so clean and comfy. Warm water is ready in the shower. Helpful staff.
However location is not close to the old city. You need several transits to get there in 40 mins.

It was an appalling experience. The worst stay I had ever had. Don't recommend.
Didn't like everything. The building looks neat from the outside. Corridors were also neat. However, the rooms itself were not. Dirty curtains, carpeting were terrible and dirty. Old beds, bed mattresses with protruding springs. The bed linen were torn (but clean).
Breakfast is not worth the money. There wasn't really anything to eat because the food didn't inspire confidence.
Quite noisy. There was no wifi at all.

It is perfect for how much you pay for it. We stayed here for one night after landing at airport krakow and left the next day for Zakopane. Bed linnen is clean and everything is pretty old but good enough. Eating in the morning is very good.

We didn't like our room because there was too much drainage smell in our bathroom eyery time you open the bathroom door. But all the other was fine.
