Excellent experience, very nice complex

Great location with a pool, hot tub, and the ocean right across the street. Place was clean, neat, items inside the place where easy to find, and place was as advertised. The kids loved all the games, and boogie boards that were provided. It was really nice to stay at a place that had linens, towels, starter consumables and more. It was like staying at a hotel but our own place. It make shopping that much easier when you just needed to focus on food and drinks. Any minor issues that we had were taken care of by the property manager right away. They were very communicative and always checked in to see how our stay was. Would recommend using the pool closest to the ocean versus the pool attached to our building as it is smaller and was not very clean. The outside of the building has a lot of wear and tear and could use an update, but inside our place was pretty nice. Also the dumpsters where right at the bottom of our outside staircase, and trash company would come and empty them everyday around 5am. Other than these minor things, the vacation was amazing.

3rd-floor corner unit condo across the street from beach access with some views of the ocean. It is walkable to a few casual restaurants, but there are a bunch of great restaurants, ice cream shops, and mini golf options nearby. Our teens loved the shuffleboard, air hockey, and Tiki theme - super cute. Balconies on the first and second floors were great to hang out on at night. The condo was well equipped in the kitchen as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, tiki speakers, and everything you could need!

Used this for a group on a golf trip. Great location, great amenities and awesome communication from owner.

Avoid, well managed property. Close to the beach. It is sunny so room darkening window coverings would be good The game tables were great

Tiki Time is terrific, inviting, tranquil and ideal. It was neat and clean. Nice towels were placed in each bedroom. The beach is right across the street and there are views from the balconies on the main floor and two upper bedrooms. Having a wide hall upstairs made it more comfortable for all of us that had rooms on the second floor. There are two full hall baths and two master bedrooms that have full baths. Having a laundry room with washer and dryer was one of the reasons we chose Tiki Time. Parking was easy therefore, we were not stressed about it as we enjoyed our vacation time together. Having a keypad entry made it easy for our group to come and go as people chose to without needing actual keys. Our time at Tiki Time was fun and memorable in a nice place in a quiet area. I’d recommend Tiki Time to others. We enjoyed this place and the location so much we are thinking of returning next year. Til next time, Tiki Time!

Loved the location & 2 game tables! Chairs on the balcony were great to enjoy the view. Cost way too high for the following issues: Use of ceiling fans in each bedroom was limited due to dirt & dust falling from them. Floors were not clean. Oven use produced smells of burnt food from bottom of oven. Flying into the area? No possibility of any change to the arrival/departure times.The owner would not allow even a few minutes early arrival into the unit even though cleaners were seen leaving the unit over an hour before. Change into your swimsuit at the airport!

Very awesome place to stay, everything you need is walking distance from the Condo. Multiple beach access points.
