Welcome to our very unique vacation home located in Long Beach, CA. Come relax and indulge yourself in our spacious home. Baby ready (all items available upon request). Inside we have a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation, a roomy living room to fit 8-10 people, 3 bedrooms 1 1/2 bathrooms WiFi for all devices and unique decor that will excite your senses. Air Conditioning in main living area. Great for families, conventioneers, & large groups. Located minutes from Convention Center, Aquarium, Queen Mary, Performing Arts Center, and Historic Pine Ave. 30 min from LAX
We honor the VRBO cleanliness pledge and take additional precautions to help protect guests. In addition to thorough cleaning and disinfecting. We also offer single serving teas, coffees, sweeteners, etc.
The house is big and historic. It carries the charm and character of the era in which it was built. The home is a perfect get-away for travelers looking for a private, home-away-from-home experience. It's great for families, conventioneers, and larger traveling groups.
Front door access only. All extensions are final and non-refundable.
The entire house is yours to enjoy! Also, enjoy the front garden area and feel free to take fruit from the fruit trees (availability based on season).

The driveway area pavement is long and narrow and typically suitable for multiple car parking. We (the hosts) stay in a separate guest house at the back of the shared lot. We have access through the common area so while guests may occasionally see us, we really try to just leave guests alone to enjoy the house.

Great communication! Location was great less than 10 minutes from the beach! Host was very friendly and helpful! House provided a great space for us to sleep and eat… greatly appreciated the hospitality!

Three adults rented this home during our week-long stay in Long Beach for a conference. I am so grateful for our time at the property, both for the amenities as well as the attentive but non-intrusive hospitality of our host, Al. While we could walk to the Conference Center, 30 min. was on the longish side and in the heat, we found it easier to use ride shares. Even with added transportation costs, we paid less for a week in a house than we might have paid for a single hotel room closer to the Conference Center, with added opportunities to meet neighbors and get a feel for the character of the city. Al, who is the property owner, is a gracious host who set the tone from the outset, but the hospitality extended across the community, from the owners of A & B Market next door, to Rose Park Roasters down the street, to the warm welcome and tasty tacos served at Mamy's Place. We deeply appreciate our time at this property and recommend it highly! Thank you, Al!

My family and I really loved this house! It had enough room for the 8 of us and the baby. The house was very nicely decorated and our host was very nice and communicated quickly to any questions. Overall we will stay here again if available on our next trip!!!

We were in town for a weekend event, and this gem was the best find. The hosts are wonderful and helpful and the house is so charming and full of vibrant character (you can't help but smile when you walk in).
Everything in the house was spotlessly clean...more so than most hotels costing significantly more. It was incredibly comfortable and literally everywhere you look, you notice something that the hosts have done thoughtfully, to make your stay as easy as possible.
The location was perfect for us as in addition from being a short drive to our event location at the pier, downtown is a five minute Uber ride that only averages about $6. But for our situation (three friends coming in from different cities) the huge bonus was private (even shaded) parking for three cars. Parking in LBC is notoriously difficult, so this was really the only way we were able to do this trip on any kind of budget.

I would absolutely stay here again. The property was neat, clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. My family loved the style and charm of this property. Our hosts thought of everything. Lots to do nearby and more to do within a reasonable drive. Great vacation spot or a coll place to stay during a business trip.

Our host Al was exceptional ! This historic property & amenities are perfectly described. Very CLEAN. Each of the bdrms has a unique Latin theme with TV and very comfortable. Definitely want to highlight the (3) car driveway! Also, check the "what's nearby" listing. We were pleased with the proximity of the rental to the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center. We will definitely book again.
