It was all good. Up to the mark.

The hotel staff was good.

The lift was not functional. The first room did not have a functioning AC. The room was not really tidy. The washroom in the first room was not in the best of conditions.

I’m Australian travel with my local partner from Islamabad asking me about the marriage certificate which I don’t have that moment, for that purpose the didn’t let us stay in the hotel that I can’t share that with my partner

From the very first time I entered until the time i was leaving, staff was very welcoming and helpful. The manager Mr Farooq was very nice and friendly and reception staff Faizaan was also always on hand and ready to help 24/7 and Muhammad room service was great too. Its a brand new hotel everything in great condition decor is beautiful and Ac was always on and as a backup they have solar power so lights and fans never go out and there is always hot water available. They also have a nice restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. And you can get tea and water and soft drinks anytime. There is also parking availability and great location as its in the middle of twin cities Islamabad/Rawalpindi and 5 minutes from Giga mall. Its also just off the main GT Road so very easy to find.

Not really much not to like, everything was better than expected. Only thing for me was food choices, but we just ordered from food panda and they deliver very quickly and plenty of choice

Very clean, modern looking hotel. Rooms were very spacious and staff were very friendly and helpful also. The restaurant section within the hotel is very convenient too!

The rooms are levish and give a luxury feeling. There are many choices in your complimentary Breakfast. The customer service is at its peak and staff goes an extra mile to accommodate you. The environment is peaceful.

Besides many nearest attractions like Main Highway & Major Hospitals, GIGA Mall is the best nearest Mall where you will find all facilities/shopping under one roof. Nuva's dedicated Airport Shuttle service is managed by professional drivers.
